The Nielsen ratings were delayed for a long time yesterday so we are quite late in bringing these to you. On to the ratings ... they are quite astonishing.
6.1/9 rating in households, up .6 from How I Met Your Mother.
3.8/9 in the 18-49 demographic, up .4 from How I Met Your Mother.
9.675 million viewers, up 800,000 viewers from How I Met Your Mother.
Holy cow :O
Those numbers are great, better than the pilot ... almost 10 million viewers, and look at that build on How I Met Your Mother.
I might faint! Shame the writers strike is going to break the momentum.
Great ratings, sadly rendered meaningless by this stupid strike. I guess we'll just have to hope for a miracle if they bring the show back after the strike, that most people will still tune in.
