I'd like to see Penny work to become a chef. She could still work at the restaurant the boys go to, but her role there changes. I think it would be great to see experiments that happen in the kitchen, the boys add their 'cooking knowledge' and try to 'help' Penny. There could be great episodes and it would add new life to the show.
