  1. Overall, you scored as follows: 32% scored higher (more nerdy), 1% scored the same, and 67% scored lower (less nerdy). What does this mean? Your nerdiness is: Low Ranking Nerd. Definitely a nerd but low on the totem pole of nerds. Just about where I figured it would be... There is another nerd test... My results... For Science/Math: 30% scored higher, 3% scored the same, and 67% scored lower. For Computers/Technology: 61% scored higher, 4% scored the same, and 35% scored lower. For Sci-Fi/Comic: 41% scored higher, 5% scored the same, and 54% scored lower. For History/Literature: 37% scored higher, 5% scored the same, and 58% scored lower. For Dumb/Dork/Awkwardness: 86% scored higher, 8% scored the same, and 6% scored lower. From this time forward, you'll hold the title: Uber Cool Nerd Carry it proudly! I kinda like that one better.
  2. Rock out some dishes while watching an episode of TBBT season 1 for the second time. WOOO!
  3. I find British comedy more amusing, but there are some American shows that I have really enjoyed through the years. I enjoy comedies that are satirical and require brain power to get the jokes. American comedy aside from a select few shows is basically different faces in different places with the same tired jokes.
  4. Well, congratulations on your geeky marriage! Thanks.
  5. Yeah I'm thinking that is my only option. I'll just have to close my eyes, plug my ears, say la la la la as loud as I can and avoid the forums until after I catch the episodes. Oh well...at least I don't have to go through what I had to w/DW. Avoid the forums for nearly a year while waiting to catch Series 5. That was a dark time.
  6. I maybe stereotyping, but I think the majority of people on this site will most likely think of International Computer Operating License. If they recognize it at all. So I'm okay with being called ICOL.
  7. It's an old thread but I have to put in my 2¢... Kim Kardashian, or any Kardashian for that matter. I still don't understand why she's famous.
  8. Do you thank them? It's great fun, those that mean it as an insult are often confused, the looks on their faces are hilarious. Those that are geeky or geek friendly mean it as a compliment and are easy to detect by their reaction. Be proud of your geekiness. Yes, I know they mean it as an insult, but for me it's the greatest compliment ever, so I am very proud :D Many people are called geeks but most of them really don't deserve such an honor. =p Right on. Personally I accept the moniker freak, I'm a little geekish but not enough for the honor of such a title. I have always enjoyed (and most often preferred) the company of geeks, so much so that I married one. In my experience freaks can be a bit geeky and geeks can be a bit freaky. So I always felt a kinship with geeks.
  9. I don't have cable/satellite or a digital converter box for my ancient TV so, unless it dies and we are forced to get a new one *crossing fingers*, I'm going to miss out on the live broadcast. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good site that doesn't require a bunch of mucking about, downloading/registering, to view It would be greatly appreciated.

  11. Oh...thanks...I nearly forgot about the little twerp. Why did you have to go and remind me about him? It took me many years to repress those memories. My delusion that those seasons didn't happen has been shattered. Are you some kind of sadist? Seriously though, the writing for TBBT does seem pretty strong. I think they probably be able to pull off a couple more seasons.
  12. I like TW but haven't seen Miracle Day yet. I've been w/o BBCA, Sci-Fi (I refuse to spell it the other way) and a majority of the other channels that air such programs for over a year so I'm pretty much out of the loop.
  13. Sorry I didn't think about that until after I registered. I'm thinking about going by ICOL but I haven't checked to see if has any negative or nasty connotations to it yet.
  14. lol 5 year old blonde boy That would turn the show into another ''MTV''ish series for freaky girls and ''Jonas Brothers'' lovers Well... I was thinking more of the classic sitcom move of introducing a small child into the mix when the show begins to stale. There have been a number who introduced a small blonde boy the most notorious, at least from the 70's, was the Brady Bunch addition of Cousin Oliver. But in today's context your comment would be apt. Wow listen to that reply....I think I've watched way to much TBBT lately... On second thought, there is no such thing as to much TBBT. I think I just need some caffeine.
