I thought that Stuart had potential to be part of a spin off show based around the comic book store, but this is interesting news.
I'm always a little concerned when shows develop from their original concept so well shall see.

Sheldon's voice in the early episodes - possibly throughout season one - is deeper and less nerdy. Probably Jim was still developing him.

I think it will be like the North Pole expedition which happened between seasons. So my guess will be Howard & co. preparing to return.

CBS has announced the details of November 16th's episode, The Adhesive Duck Deficiency, the eighth episode of the season.
"The Adhesive Duck Deficiency" - With Leonard, Howard and Raj away camping in the desert, an injured Penny has only Sheldon to rely on, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Monday, Nov. 16 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

I liked this episode mostly though how realistic is it that Penny can be heard through 4 closed doors and a running shower and that Penny despite having a dislocated shoulder still managed to have a towel wrapped round her

Take this scene. It's funny because Raj is a straight guy in touch with his feminine ideal.

I don't see how anyone could 'hate' Amy. She's adorable.

I'd hate it if they made Raj gay. It would ruin his unique 'feminine' look on life - his appreciation for Sandra Bullock movies, Sex And The City, New Moon, etc - and just make him a stereotyped gay man.

She had a severe leg injury so I doubt heels are good for her. I've never noticed she doesn't wear heels to be honest.

I agree to a degree that Raj was drawn in a dead end from the start, I think they all were. Howard was too sleazy to ever meet a regular girl, Sheldon had no 'deal', Raj's mutism and Leonard and Penny were doomed. What changed was the show's success and that meant the flavour of the gum has to last so much longer than was meant to.

Not only difficult but he can't relax afterwards as he has to give the others a smug look of satifaction and smile to himself. I'd just wanna lie down and have some sing 'Soft Kitty' to me.

When they are pushing the food around thats really the only time on the show that bugs me a bit
There might be a good reason for not eating any of the food - clarity of speech, diction, missing a cue, food probably cold and unappetising or might even be just a prop.

It's too late now he's married. I think there was a lot of mileage in single seedy Howard, but then again I often hated that Howard. We will have to see what happens in the next series.

Howard couldn't get a girlfriend because he was so cheesy/annoying.
Raj couldn't get a girlfriend because of his selective mutism
Leonard couldn't get a girlfriend because ... well, Penny. It's complicated.
Sheldon ... what's his deal? Is it girls? Guys? Sock puppets ... ?
And now we seem to be heading towards "Friends" territory ...

I will wait and see, but I'm njot very hopefull about the news on 'growth' and Howard's marriage sounds like a soap. It's very "Friends".

As I've said before - I hope Raj doesn't turn out to be gay. His typically girl-interests are funny because he is heterosexual and fails when it turns out he was gay after all. He will become sub-Jack McFarland in a sub-Friends sitcom.
