It wasn't Chuck Lorre, it was the network that axed her. AAMOF, everyone except Johnny and Jim were axed the the show retooled (not to mention their apartment was axed as being too dark). Amanda fit Katie better than Kaley did and Penny was awfully close to Kaley personality.

Because it allowed the writers to show Penny still had enough feelings for Leonard to hook up with him, but she didn't want to get back together with him, yet. There was a lot of that in season four and early season five, showing them having feeling for each other, but not getting back together.

I'm currently working on moving some of my stories, (mostly the one shot or 2 to 3 chapter ones) over to AO3. Basically, I'm rewriting a bit and editing some of the wording of the stories I have at Fan Fic, then putting them up at AO3. The Cohabitation Reversal is already moved and the next one will be either The Ring Revisitation or The Vacation Surprise. They may have to wait a bit as I just got cast in a play and won't be able to work on them until I have my lines down.
Note: A few of the posts have been hidden. Bashing of other ships or things others may like isn't allowed.

I'm going to disagree with this a bit. The writers, when they chose to, could write Lenny this way(there are examples in seasons 1-5 and near the end of season six, say "Chew Toy" and later). But from some bit and pieces I've been able to put together, there were reasons they shied away from writing them that way for a period (season seven through the middle of season 11) although I prefer not to say why, because I don't have all the information to be sure of the reason.
One example from season 12, that a lot of people don't like, Penny drops the bomb that she didn't want kids. And yes Leonard was angry and walked out. But, they did later talk about it calmly and lovingly and decided they were then good with it. And, even when Leonard wanted to donate sperm to Zack, they had different opinions, but did come together to talk about it.

While the dates (the tribute taping with Johnny, the announcement of Hirsch's appearance, and the writing and taping of TBBT) all match, as to how Hirsch became Leonard's father , what the actual reason for the wedding redo is unclear. I'm aware of several possible reasons for the redo (some of them overlapping), but all of them have been either hinted at or based on innuendo. There hasn't been and official reason for having the redo. Perhaps that will be one of the things we'll find out when the book is published in a couple of months.

Bob N. didn't play the same character all those years. Yes his character's name was Bob Newhart. But, he was a psychologist (sp) in one show and an innkeeper in another show. The innkeeper show had three guys playing brothers. They would always introduce themselves by saying, "Hi, name is Larry and this is my brother Darryl and this is my other brother Darryl". Larry would introduce them that way even if everyone there knew them. It was hilarious.
The could have been the same, as both characters were very similar. In both series, his characters were the calm in the midst of chaos. Judd Hirsch was the same in Taxi, as was Ted Danson in Cheers. Leonard played the same role in TBBT.

She did have a son, but it was hardly a family. Her grandmother had custody due to her conviction (I was wrong here also, they don't say why, just that she was convicted, spent some time in jail, and is part of a work crew for probation). She had to live at her grandmother's house to see the kid, however, she spent more time at her boyfriend's (which was a small motorhome) drinking and smoking (Kaley smokes a lot in this film). In the middle of the film, she takes Dylan (the main character) to her grandmother's house to see the kid. But, her and Dylan spend all the time talking, while Ember (Cody Horn's character) plays with the kid.
There's a scene where she leaves her grandmother's house to go to her boyfriend's motorhome for the night. There is a scene at the end (probably the one you're thinking of) where she plays with the kid for 15-20 seconds. This is after a scene where she says goodbye to her boyfriend, gets rid of her makeup (the character is heavily made up in the film) like she is making a change to be a better mother and person.
So, it's hard to call this a family and I can understand why she would call Role Play her first film family. Bohdi was a real gritty performance for her. She has a real good dramatic scene when Dylan is texting her, wanting to get back together (they were boyfriend-girlfriend in high school). She knows she hurt him (she slept with his best friend, Bohdi) and is aware they are not good for each other, but she is still really upset she is turning him away.

She didn't. She was with someone (not clear on whether they were married, I don't think so). I think she was a convicted drug dealer. There may have been comments about her having a kid, but it being taken away, so it wasn't seen in the movie. I have it, I'll look it up and get back to you.

There is a Johnny sighting. The bassist for My Chemical Romance, Mike Way, posted an Instagram Story with himself, Johnny, and Josh Katz, from BadFlower. It was a simple picture with Johnny playing guitar.
He also posted name this band. the two he had were ‘Two Dads and Josh and the one I liked, ‘Bad Romance Theory’.

It very understandable. The pilot, as shown to execs and test audiences, ran 32 minutes. When it was first broadcast, it was cut down to 25 minutes, which is still a bit high when they strip a show. To TBS' credit, they didn't start cutting bits and pieces of scenes until after the show ended it run on CBS. Our local channel has been cutting those bits and pieces since about season 7-8.

Kaley and Karl's divorce appeared to have been finalized on Monday. At least the Judgement for Dissolution was entered and filed on Monday.

There are six states that do not allow legal separation: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Texas (Note Florida is one of those states). Two others (Idaho and Georgia) where it's allowed, but it's not called legal separation and one (Louisiana) where it depends on the type of marriage as to whether you can get a legal separation. Some of those states allowed legal agreements similar to Legal Separation (usually called Separate Maintenance) where courts approve agreements for child custody and monetary issues.

Under California Law, you can get a legal separation or a divorce, you can't have both. Legal separation allows a couple to set up separate finances, set up who is responsible for debts and who gets the assets, set up child custody and support rules, pretty much everything that happens in a divorce. The difference is the divorce ends the marriage, a legal separation does not, but a legal separation does allow each individual to live separate lives.
Believe it or not, there are reasons for getting a legal separation, rather than a divorce. One, if the couple isn't sure about ending the marriage. Another would be if the individuals religion or personal preference doesn't allow for divorce. Others could be, say, if only a spouse is allowed on health insurance a legal separation keep them spouses, along with Social Security or tax reasons, etc.
I believe California recognizes the individuals are living separate lives after one files and the other responds to the divorce filing. Especially if it is uncontested. Now, this doesn't mean a judge couldn't have some off the wall ruling, but I don't think it's going to happen here. Once Karl's corrected response was filed, they were pretty much free to live their lives as they saw fit, while waiting for the divorce to become final.

My guess would be that he's been busy. He back from being away from the ranch for three and half months, so my guess he would be trying to get back into the swing of running his ranch. Also, while he hasn't been posting on his IG account, I believe several of the Pompanio Ranch's IG posts have been from Karl.

Not really. They had just been renewed for three years when Lorre broke them up, so he was looking at the long term situation. They got back together in Season Five, but really weren't on solid footing until mid season six. Lorre was probably looking at ten years at that point. Live action sitcoms cycle out around ten years, so getting them back together around six would have been about right for ten seasons (their wedding was in season 9). That they got renewed for another two seasons cause the delay in breaking up Sheldon and Leonard. Writing of a series doesn't happen in a vacuum. They have to time things as a series approaches the end of it's run.
