Wow, that's something I didn't know. Wonder if any other state has those laws. Thanks for clearing that up.
There are six states that do not allow legal separation: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Texas (Note Florida is one of those states). Two others (Idaho and Georgia) where it's allowed, but it's not called legal separation and one (Louisiana) where it depends on the type of marriage as to whether you can get a legal separation. Some of those states allowed legal agreements similar to Legal Separation (usually called Separate Maintenance) where courts approve agreements for child custody and monetary issues.

I guess I’m just surprised this is happening so fast and she isn’t formally divorced yet, though they are probably legally separated until the divorce is final, so maybe I’m just making too big a deal of it, it’s her life.
Under California Law, you can get a legal separation or a divorce, you can't have both. Legal separation allows a couple to set up separate finances, set up who is responsible for debts and who gets the assets, set up child custody and support rules, pretty much everything that happens in a divorce. The difference is the divorce ends the marriage, a legal separation does not, but a legal separation does allow each individual to live separate lives.
Believe it or not, there are reasons for getting a legal separation, rather than a divorce. One, if the couple isn't sure about ending the marriage. Another would be if the individuals religion or personal preference doesn't allow for divorce. Others could be, say, if only a spouse is allowed on health insurance a legal separation keep them spouses, along with Social Security or tax reasons, etc.
I believe California recognizes the individuals are living separate lives after one files and the other responds to the divorce filing. Especially if it is uncontested. Now, this doesn't mean a judge couldn't have some off the wall ruling, but I don't think it's going to happen here. Once Karl's corrected response was filed, they were pretty much free to live their lives as they saw fit, while waiting for the divorce to become final.

I have noticed that Karl hasn´t posted anything on Instagram since the 15th of May, about the same time Kaley started posted about Tom. This could of course just be a coincidence but it´s fun to speculate.
My guess would be that he's been busy. He back from being away from the ranch for three and half months, so my guess he would be trying to get back into the swing of running his ranch. Also, while he hasn't been posting on his IG account, I believe several of the Pompanio Ranch's IG posts have been from Karl.

I'm sure there is a woman somewhere behind the scenes for sure. Who are all these shopping bags meant for?
I'd say Avery or his mom and sister would be possibilities. In the olden days, he would take trips, alone, during the summer hiatus. I remember one in Iceland where he was carrying quite a few bags, but wasn't seeing anyone at the time. But, we do appreciate the photo.

They both are repped, for some things, by the same company, so that is one possibility.

I'm very late to the party when it comes to the show and have recently watched season 1 and 2. I absolutely love them! However on starting season 3 I'm noticing changes in the characters and overall direction.
snip…
Which later season shows the most dramatic shift? From what I've seen alot of people believe the introduction of Amy has a significant impact on the feel of the show.
Hello, first off, welcome to the forums. Just to let you know, your first few posts have to be approved by a admin or moderator. I saw you posted this twice, probably thinking it didn’t post. I approved this one and deleted the other.
As for your topic, season three was a bit of a change as Leonard and Penny start dating. Some of the shows were going to be about that, this might be the change you mentioned. The addition of Bernadette and Amy were major turning points, no doubt.
While their introduction was in season three, they were added to the main cast in season four. So the major turning points would be, in season three, episode 5, The Creepy Candy Coating Corollary for Bernadette’s introduction and episode 23, The Lunar Excitation, for Amy’s introduction. For their addition to main cast in season four, episode 4, The Hot Troll Deviation for Melissa’s addition and episode 8, The 21 Second Excitation, for Mayim’s.
These were major changes as it gave two other guys ( besides Leonard) regular interaction with other women. It also opened up storylines with just the women and allowed the show to show more of Penny’s life. But, it did change the show to more relationship based. Now, relationships were always there before, and the geekiness was there after, but the relationships came to the forefront and the geekiness fell more to the background.
Finally, while you are correct, this subject has been discussed, it’s new to you, so feel free to discuss it. In those discussions, there were those who disliked the changes, and felt the first three or four seasons were the best. They didn’t like the more relationship based episodes. As these became more frequent, those folks drifted away from the show. Others liked the change and still others just went with the show where ever it went. Everyone was drawn to the show for their own reasons and liked what they liked.

I hope so. But as a fan, I wanted to see a friendly greeting on Insta. After that, I have doubts whether they are really friendly.
The funny part is their friendship doesn’t have to conform to the wants or doubts of fans. Personally, I would prefer a good Skype call from a friend to a quick greeting on IG.
Here’s a thought, some people (not just here) were wondering if Johnny and Kaley were still friendly last year, as they hadn’t seen any public communication between them. When, at the time they were doing multiple joint interviews for the upcoming book.

It's not as if Kaley is planning to have four kids. And I somehow doubt that she has guests staying the night that ofteN .
She’s got to keep one of the bedrooms open for Johnny, right? 😜

Hey all, TBBT78, who reads the first drafts of all my chapters has a new Lenny story out. Its called Forever Young. I thought I would put this here, to try to gin up some support.(I will also mention it in my author's note when I publish my next chapter next Sun/Mon. With the reader base shrinking, it's getting harder for authors to justify writing Lenny stories these days. So give it a look if you haven't already.

Good to hear she is moving on with a new home for herself. Wonder if it's big enough for her animal companions. 😂
According to the article, it checks in at 5600 square feet (over 500 square meters for our non-US members). That’s over 3 times the size of mine and I have my own menagerie, that fits quite comfortably in mine, so I’m sure hers is big enough.

One thing from Kaley's recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, they asked her if she knew Penny's name and she mentioned, in her mind, it was Penny Penny Penny, all three of there names being Penny. She was thinking Sheldon knew her first, middle, and last names.
Then she paused and said, "But, her last name is Hofstadter, now."

Could be they are getting close to finalizing the divorce and these are just some, some, lets say loose ends.

Okay, this is a tough one. I've got a couple of leads, but it may take me a couple of days, especially as I've got some things to do this weekend. I'll let you know by Monday.

She’ll be on Watch What Happens Live, with Rosie Perez, tonight, Thursday, at 9:15 PM, eastern.

Here’s the clip with her on Seth Meyers last night:

Yes the guy she was with after Johnny was Christopher French when she broke her leg and they recorded a song. I believe he is now married to Ashley Tisdale a friend of hers
She was also with Brett Bollinger, the bassist for the band Pepper. She broke up with him a couple of months before her whirlwind ten days with Henry Cavill.

The video is nothing but word salad. BTW, Sheldon didn't have a theory, he had a hypothesis. And, his hypothesis was for super-assymmetry not hypersymmetry, so connecting the two, is utterly useless. . My first question would be did you use a Hamiltonian or a Lagrangian to calculate the existence of hypersymmetry?
You use the term "infinite basis". That has a very precise definition in the mathematics used in particle physics (where super-assymmetry lives). Are you referring to the basis or the standard basis, and what unit vector are you using?
What is the exact meaning of your hypersymmetry? If it exists, how does it model particles and what calculations are you using to show it can or does exist, at some point of time?
In what way does matter in movement change? How does it change, and how does that change appear, compared to before the change. How do you the calculate the moment of hypersymmetry, from the change of matter?
What do you base your statement that the time interval can be very, very long? How is that calculated?
I would wonder why you don't allow comments for your video.

How much real estate does Kaley really own, I read something, a while back, that she still owned that first place she lived in, when she started TBBT, before she moved into that place she lived with Ryan, when she first met him. Also, does Big Bay have room for her to live, is it set up that way, to be a residence, too.
Inquiring minds need to know, (lol).
That first place was in Sherman Oaks, but she sold that, soon after buying and moving into the Tarzana place with Ryan (an interesting aside, one of the street views of that house shows Kaley getting some sore of envelope. My guess would be one of the scripts as they are delivered late afternoon, which it appears to be, when they on their hiatus week). As mentioned before, she owns the condo in North Hollywood, the house in Santa Barbara, the Hidden Hills house and the ranch in Hidden Valley. I've also see reports of her trusts owning some commercial properties in and near Los Angeles.
From comments I've seen in print, Bri has used the Santa Barbara house in the past and Kaley admitted to previously using it on weekends as a sort of getaway.
Yes, it appears there is a place on the ranch that has room for her, call it a small bungalow.

Very educational. As always, I learn a lot from your posting. Is your area getting any of this weather? I swear it almost feels like Hurricane season.😄
No, we’re not getting any of the severe stuff. We get some rain, but nothing severe. It seems the fronts lose their power by the time they get her. We’re in between our winter pattern of severe weather from fronts and our summer pattern of severe afternoon thunderstorms.

Kaley and Karl's divorce appeared to have been finalized on Monday. At least the Judgement for Dissolution was entered and filed on Monday.
