How great would that be. But I'm afraid the infinity gauntlet will not work in tbbt world. Lol. I'm more excited about seeing end game than tbbt finale.

Seeing all these great TV Guide pictures with Johnny and Kaley, I thought it was time for a new avatar.
The TV guide pictures and video reaffirm why I love these two together, perfect pair.

TPTB dumbed the show down for the audience, the problem is they don’t know a lot of their audience is much smarter than them.
“You are not wrong”
Enjoyed an episode for once thanks to Stuart and Denise, they had some funny lines. Leonard and Penny were really good supporting each other.
Assuming the Wi-Fi is still based in 4a ( not an unreasonable assumption, “your Wi-Fi”) why wouldn’t Leonard just reset the router to default settings, a simple hardwired button press or use data on his phone. For a science based show they sure do make stupid errors in reasoning.
5 minutes to watch an entire show using fast forward to avoid Shamy scenes really works

(actually, it started with Leonard and Sheldon looking to donate to a sperm bank. Fun fact: we meet the recurring medical office/hospital character Althea before we meet Penny! Very often, that cold open is left out when the episode airs in syndication. I agree TBBT really started with a series of "hi"'s between Leonard, Penny and Sheldon)....
Althea also appeared in the unaired pilot, one of only 3 characters to appear in both pilot episodes.

TOTALLY!!! It's just 81 seconds, not that long!!! FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
Just as you think they can’t screw it up anymore, they top themselves.

Thank god I didn't watch, cause I don't want to know their version of the future..
I don’t watch either and all this talk of Sheldon narrating means I never will, sick to the back teeth of his voice in one show already.

And happy birthday @Zhalen565!

@hokie3457..Alias Smith and Jones..I loved that show!!....and had a school girl crush on Pete Duel
When it was shown in the U.K. it became the most popular show ever screened from the US up to that date.1 minute ago, hokie3457 said:
Ah @Zhalen565 ! Why am I not surprised???!!!! Thank you, my friend!!!! "Hannibal Hayes and Kid Curry. The two most successful outlaws in the history of the west..."

And I understand you and @joyceraye very much @veejay . I am on the older side of many in this fandom (i'm 61. Ugggghhhh) and I find myself a different sort of geek than most. I have no clue about most things having to do with science or math. I don't care for video games or any sort of online gaming (the only games on my phone & tablet are Words with Friends and Drop 7). What I do love is movies and television and literature and reading (I can point to periods of obsession---Alias Smith and Jones [betting no one has heard of that!!!] The Marx Brothers; George S. Kaufman plays; Star Wars; Game of Thrones; the list is a long one!!!) . I am Sheldon's nightmare----a Liberal Arts major. All that being said, I too have been addicted to this "damn comedy" since the first episode. I was thrilled to point out to my patient wife (who is so, so, so understanding of this obsession I have with TBBT) that Sheldon and Leonard were named for Sheldon Leonard---(her familiarity of Mr. Leonard comes from his appearance in "It's a Wonderful Life" a 1947 movie) and how iconic he was in US television history.
All that being said, geekiness is wide ranging and has differing mutations. I suppose we are all geeks in one way or another.....
I have and watched it every week too on BBC 2 in the U.K. Alias Smith and Jones, Pete Duel (Roger Davis after Duel killed himself) and Ben Murphy later to be known as The Gemini Man. Hannibal Hayes and Kid Curry, loved that series as a kid.

First I would like to thank everyone on this forum for the last 4 days wether we agree or not Everyone has helped me get through a very stressful 4 days .Before Christmas my doctors found a spot on my right lung and after several tests they were 80% sure it wasn't cancer so Tuesday they cut that spot out of lung and took 2 limp nodes to test them too. Everything came back negative for cancer thankfully and i came home from the hospital today. Now i have basically have 2 months to recover and I'm bored already

It was the Oatmeal Scotchies. The goddam Oatmeal Scotchies. Baking my husband's favorite holiday cookie.
I've become undone because of a freaking cookie!
I'm struggling today, this is my first Christmas where I don't have my beloved husband by my side. This has not been easy.
But, what has had helped and given me supreme joy over these past few months has been the company of all of you. Thank you.
Wishing you and yours all the blessings and joy of love and family this holiday season.
Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays!
All my love,
Hoping for happier times for you from a fellow L/P supporter from the other side of the pond

Won't argue with that. My thoughts about the program are there might be just as many fans but are they as dedicated as they used to be

Certainly not this one, my attitude to new episodes is summed up by a quote from the Baywatch film....

That has to be the most adorable scene of Leonard and Penny we have had in several seasons. The “That’s My Wife” reminds me of the time Penny punched Sheldon for waking and scaring her to get that ring and Leonard said “ That’s My Girl”. BTW how many people, like me, thought Sheldon should have got another punch tonight after it was discovered he stole all that money.
I actually thought for a moment that Leonard might deck him, he looked absolutely furious, great acting by Johnny.
I find it strange that they would consider going to Catalina, bearing in mind that’s where Leonard and Priya went, especially how upset Penny was in that episode.

I've never seen a nickel. I wonder how many viewers around the world have ? When I first sold things on eBay I used to get dollar bills from the USA in the post before Paypal, but banks don't change coins so nobody ever sent any, thankfully. I know a nickel is a coin worth five cents but how big or small it is, I don't know.
I did get the joke about Penny being able to do manly things such as urinate into a bottle with the neck as wide as a nickel. Perhaps she carries a she-wee with her on long journeys. Why she had to circle her eye, I didn't get.
A nickel is the size of a 1 penny.

For viewers of Virgin Media, E4 has been moved from Channel 144 to Channel 6. E4+1 is still Channel 146.
Episode 10.24 is on at 8pm and 11.01 is at 8.30 as Strawberry has reminded us. Yay !
I wonder if we'll get some new viewers, channel-hopping, who don't normally get as far as 144 ?
Time to hit the hotel bar and quaff a few chilled beverages I believe.

Wise choice with media. I’ve managed to get tickets to see it again over the weekend. First time MUST be unspoiled. I remember when I was this enthusiastic about the latest TBBT episodes, now, not so much.
