  1. No it does not you cannot use a bell curve for dating data, bell curves are used for data which fits a normal distribution of data which depends on randomness. Dating is not random, it's discrete data based on a multitude of factors over time, but it is controlled.
  2. Points 3 and 2 Raj: "Well, I thought… Come on, I didn’t want anyone to feel bad at the end of the game. And some of those puzzles were really hard and I didn’t know who was gonna get Penny". Definitely insinuating she was a liability, this did prompt the run to India comment from Penny, she wasn't happy, neither was Leonard or Bernadette in the apartment.
  3. Except he didn't get Aquaman until September 2013, S7E02, The Deception Verification. TPTB strike again.
  4. Welcome to the Chilled Out Side. It really is a more relaxing place to be.
  5. And therein lies the problem. Plus he only invited people He wanted.
  6. Sheldon: "Yeah, there’s Fisherman’s Wharf and Alcatraz and cable cars. We’re gonna have so much fun". yeah! A really great wedding present where the GTB includes himself.
  7. I don't know, Penny does have a proclivity to indulge in Schnapps, Peppermint or Peach varieties.
  8. Yeah! Another of "those" off screen moments that they're good at.
  9. But as he says later "He peeked" when asking about her tattoo, so his eyes weren't that closed.
  10. The entire sex dungeon scene and comic book store with ass less chaps discussion.
  11. I seem to remember in interviews with the cast and writers after the fact was that it was basically Lorre came in with the script and all the writers were "We're breaking them up!" And that's why I don't trust him.
  12. No she didn't. She hid his collectibles but didn't redecorate until after Leonard gave her the go ahead to do so, in the bedroom, just after she told him he may feel some discomfort from where the Pink Ranger was going to be put
  13. Looks like that eidetic memory is on the fritz.
  14. Culinarily they may be used as vegetables but they are still a fruit, cucumber is of the family cucumis sativus which is a subdivision of the genus cucumis (melon). I don't want an exposition, I just want them to quote the science correctly.
  15. Yep! As far back as S1E04 we had Sheldon giving a factoid on why "Tomatoes are shelved with vegetables even though technically they are a fruit"
  16. And the Bessewisser scientist wasting that time getting it wrong. Scientifically and Botanically cucumber being a fruit not a vegetable. Develops from a flower and has seeds on the inside.
  17. Interestingly at this point, a BBC series "Not Going Out" S8E1 had a lack of romance story on it after 3 kids and 8 years of marriage, aired this week and previous season had them getting married at the finale They managed to have arguments on the show all the way through but was very funny with it. The show isn't everyone's cup of tea but it showed what can be done with clever writing. It's beginning to seem like it's the writers on the show that are "phoning it in"

R.I.P Michael, I will miss our twitter conversations, a true gentleman.
  19. After having cooked spaghetti with a little hotdog cut up in it for Sheldon the fastidious, which he enjoyed. Another joke from left field I believe.
  20. That episode immediately came to mind, that section was almost perfect, shame he had to ruin it.
  21. I wouldn't even wish that on him, unless it was anaesthetising the Broca region. The general effect of that would be most pleasing for a while.
  22. It was all the eulogising about the gifts and their meanings and responses, that was one of Amy's most expressive responses ever and everyone seemed to have bypassed it. Romantic or not I think you can safely say she loved receiving a piece of jewellery.
  23. I find it interesting that no one has mentioned (I believe) the Tiara, a trinket that Amy thoroughly loved. The afternoon tea when all three of them are wearing their SO's trinkets in the hotel is still a favourite situation.
  24. My post from discussion thread t's difficult, it can be hereditary which I think it's supposed to be in Leonard's case, or can be triggered by exposure to certain influences, pollens, tobacco smoke, or in my case chemicals ((specifically) isocyanates, later in life. some who are born with it can lose sensitivity to the triggers so it gets easier, but there is always a risk as specifically it's inflammation of the air ways that causes them to constrict thus difficulty breathing. Mine is well managed by a twice daily Preventer inhaler but I do have to carry the Reliever with me at all times, in fact I have them dotted around everywhere in the house, plus one on my person, one my car, one in my wife's car and bag. This is probably why I relate to Leonard so much, it's relatively accurate, even his counting (should be 10 seconds). Works immediately but gets better over the next 20 to 30 minutes. Yep in Recombination their 25 - 30 minutes was relevant. Actualy it's this kind of accuracy on these things that I liked about the show, which is why inconsistencies irk me so much nowadays. It normally doesn't get worse but it can make simple chest infections very serious as you already have lung issues, 39 years on inhalers, believe me you plan a lot round those little cannisters
