MONIQUE : What was their posture like watching Penny's play in TMI?

I need someone to make-up Sheldon's end of the conversation.

I'm a mixture of Leonard & Bernadette tbh...nothing like Sheldon or Amy but something drew me to them. As for my personal rels - I've had very fun & interesting ride so far. Sheldon & Amy are internationally revered IMO. Haters can go jump off a cliff for all I care.

THAT development I can go for....use Amy and her knowledge of the brain to do it. Not Kate (ugh)

Or she just grew up without a father. Father abandoned them young or her mother wasn't interested in making her father a part of her life.

Simon is such a brilliant comedic actor, he is sooooo underrated. I am sure He and Mayim would be amazeballs together.

Johnny has chemistry with almost all the other actors and so does Mayim. But those two are a warning signal on screen.

What I find ironic is Johnny Galecki and Mayim Bialik (Leonard and Amy) are very awkward (not a in a cute way) when they are on screen together....there is zero chemistry there but he guest starred on Blossom back in the day and they've known each other a while. L/A on screen... yikes!

Ok. Moving on from Penny.

Oh I don't want a break-up in the couple at all but TFSA showed me Penny is not always on the side of the Shamy...I think you are mixing up the two, I think Bernadette would be more loyal to the couple than Penny...but thats just me.

Naaah, I'm more of a Kripke Shamy shipper. I don't want a L/P S/A double date...bleh! But S/A with H/B are always my faves.

Buuuut in TFSA Penny urged Amy to look around whilst Bernie was indignant that Amy has a bf. I guess I'm not a fan of the Pennys of the world. The useless, IMO pretty dunces. Harsh...but I have no patience with them.

You mean her hero worship of Penny has ended. I for one couldn't be happier. A lot of those comments ruined otherwise perfect scenes in s5.

I can agree totally with this post. I just want to see him do something amazing for her without thr proverbial push.

I know she's firm in her goals and will succeed with them but I disagree that she is 100% content.

Hmmm. Amy may be different in many ways but she wants what every woman wants. I guess I'm getting tired of Sheldon being obstinate & oblivious. Her comments about 'Sheldons lips are only for himself' 'Gave him her best come hither look' 'A brain tumor would explain alot' 'I want a normal boyfriend but we'll have to deal'. While she appreciates & loves him because of his quirks, TSAS showed frustration just bubbling below the surface. The statement Sheldon made about Amy hitting 'the boyfriend jackpot' is ringing with sarcasm.

And yes....she is sooooo much better & more mature than Penny in relationships. I however see Bernadette as a more natural bff than Penny.

What we are not getting is not Amy regarding Sheldon. But how she feels within herself. I'm just kind of feeling all of Amy's hurt/confusion/frustration. I don't think her comments in the upcoming episode are to be so easily dismissed. But like myself, love & strong will gets us through moments of frustration.

But that's the thing...I don't think Amy is totally happy right now. There is a bubbling frustration that has been coursing through her comments all season. Its leading to something, but I don't think she is 100% satisfied.

I think so...she is an only child. And grew up alone alot with a very strict mother who cared alot for her and tried to shelter her alot.
