    I'd also like to wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year 🎅

    I'm looking forward to seeing what's in store for Shamy during the second half of this final season.

    They are, for me, the best couple on the show, no contest!!!! They're the reason I became such a huge fan of the show and why I'm still watching after 12 years. I really hope we get to see the happy ending this awesome couple deserve 😊

    It was shown on ITV during the latter half of the 1980's. I live in the Midlands.

    So....the latest episode has got me thinking more about if we're going to get a Shamy baby/pregnancy in this season.

    We know from what older Sheldon says in YS that they do have children but how are TBBT viewers who don't watch the other show going to know that if it isn't shown? Won't that leave a lot of Shamy fans disappointed and feeling that their story is unfinished? And surely the writer's can't tell such a huge part of Shamy's life in a completely different show!!

    I'm a huge fan of the show and have watched all 12 seasons and it certainly wouldn't tarnish the show for me if there was no Lenny baby!!

    I hope we don't see anyone pressuring Penny into having children. That's something she and Leonard need to seriously discuss together and decide whether or not they both want them.

    I would think that Mr and Mrs Fowler know that Sheldon and Amy are on their honeymoon so there must be a reason why they're visiting while they're  away....secretly decorating/refurnishing their apartment sounds like a possibility!

    I hope you'll all bear with me a moment because I'm about to get personal but it does relate to what Sheldon says about his dad to Mary before the wedding.

    My dad walked out on my mom, my sister and me when I was 3 years old. He had no contact with us at all, not even a birthday or Christmas card. Then we reconnected when I was a young adult and visited occasionally. He also got to meet my own two children but nothing was ever going to make up for growing up without a dad and, if I'm honest, I never really forgave him for that. Despite this it was nice that he was back in my life. Then he passed away suddenly of a heart attack just after his 60th birthday ( that was over 20 years ago ) and, despite everything, I miss him.

    Anyway....my point is that I can totally understand when Sheldon says that he misses his dad despite knowing what he did in the past.

    I'd like to see them spend their first Christmas together as a married couple. What I'd love to see on screen....

    Them decorating their tree together

    Sheldon hanging up mistletoe then taking Amy by the hand, leading her to stand below it and kissing her passionately

    Working together in the kitchen preparing Christmas dinner 

    Cuddling on the sofa ( preferably their recently bought new one that's big enough for Sheldon!! ) watching " It's a wonderful life " and picking holes in the plot ( actually that movie's a masterpiece but maybe they could find something!! lol )

    When I first saw the dress my initial reaction was....oh dear!! ( ok it may have been a little stronger than that lol )

    Then we got the tag scene and Sheldon's reaction....as soon as he said " I can't wait to marry you " and walked over to Amy and kissed her cheek I was fighting back the tears. :cry:

    So....bring on the wedding because I am so ready and can't wait to see it!!!!
