I don't believe it is finalized yet, but is in the final stages according to what I have read.

There is a six month wait between filing and the earliest a divorce can be finalized in California.  She filed on 3 September, so the Earliest it can be finalized will be 3  March.
 

 I wonder if she stopped following after getting no response ( or perhaps a request to not comment ) from her comment on his account.

Sounds about right.......maybe there is a little more bitterness than speculated

I guess we’ll never know unless someone says something, Kaley was more open about why her a Ryan split.

I think that was after Ryan filed for spousal support even though they had a pre-nup agreement.

IDK but in a way I feel a little sorry for Karl. Just about 3 weeks ago Kaley was commiserating on Kelly Clarkson show about her inner turmoil in filming The Flight Attendant 2 and her personal life with her divorce. Now she is flaunting all these pics with her new beau Tom Pelphrey and being in a happy place. She erased all pics of Karl on her IG as well. So what is Karl to think as their divorce is not yet finalized. Don't get me wrong I truly want to see her happy and content but all this seems to me that something has not been disclosed in their divorce announcement. Maybe it will be revealed when the divorce is final......or maybe not.

I agree that she should be happy, but she could have waited for the divorce to be finalized before posting pictures of her new love life. But,  what the heck do I know. It's her life. In a way I feel a bit sorry for Karl as well!

It feels to me like Kaley has boarded the high speed train towards engagement.

I don't know about that. It just seems to me it is a little unsettling for Karl to see those pics (if he has) when they were married for three years and he was the love of her life. It feels like something is missing

Clearly way too soon to be talking about an engagement plus she's been adamant about not getting married ever again. 

There's been so many articles about Kaley and her new beau that Karl's probably seen the pics ( unless he doesn't read the news) , it may not be easy for him.

Yes, it's way too early to talk engagement. I think that she's looking for a long term relationship or partnership. I think she wants the being together closeness without the marriage. That's what I think she's doing with her new guy. I'm sure Karl is really hurt right now. But,  he needs to move on with his life as well.

I’m not sure we’ll ever find out the truth because I wouldn’t be surprised that, along with the prenup, there was a non-disclosure contract associated either with there marriage or divorce.  Remember how nothing came out of Ryan’s mouth after the divorce, I think Kaley has very good lawyers, since she is a celebrity and her image is very important.

The non-disclosure contract sounds like something her lawyers came up with to resolve some issues. I don't think we'll ever find out what happened.

What you say is true however, I recall after her divorce from Ryan in an interview she stated the reasoning for the divorce: that Ryan popped pills and could not get himself sober, so she had no choice. This revelation was never mentioned when the divorce was announced. So who knows what will be disclosed at sometime in the future.

We'll see what's disclosed. They don't appear to be in a hurry to say anything yet!

I believe that Karl by his own admission in his wedding vows said that he fell in love with Kaley from the night they met. In other reports Kaley was hesitant about getting into another committed relationship so soon after her divorce from Ryan Sweeting. Kaley and Karl met during her tenure on TBBT. After their marriage there were rumblings that TBBT may be in its final stages and Kaley started to worry what will be in store for her career when the show is over. She had started her own production company as per Johnny's advice but did not have any projects yet until she obtained the rights to The Flight Attendant. When TBBT was officially done she jumped into the production of The Flight Attendant but as it was nearing completion she worried and cried herself to sleep wondering if she did the right thing.

My theory is that worrying about her future after TBBT she married Karl for her security if her career flopped knowing that Karl was from a wealthy family and would provide for her. So, in retrospect she may not have loved Karl as much as she said she did.

When her productions were applauded and she became successful with Harley Quinn and The Flight Attendant getting multiple nominations for awards for her acting and producing work. Thus, she really did not need Karl for support any longer and became more independent and their lives simply drifted apart. Her net worth was around $100 million so she could stand alone financially. Thus, they filed for divorce to end their marriage

At this point I wonder what Kaley wants out of a marriage and of life. When she met Karl he was her "horse guy" and was the perfect man for her and their love was meant to be.  Didn't work out that way. Do not know what the future holds for Kaley. Maybe she should stay single for awhile until she figures it all out. But after two failed marriages who knows if she wants to walk down the aisle again. I hope she does not rush into another relationship just to have a man on her arm.

As I mentioned this is only an observation and  in no way am I  putting any blame on Kaley or Karl. It just seemed to me that she was more bummed out after her divorce from Ryan than now with Karl. Maybe she has matured and her success in her career has given her more independence, freedom and self reliance.

You're probably right. Hopefully she will listen to herself as she has said she will not marry again. She said she's searching for a long term relationship/partnership. I hope this new guy will provide that for her. Then you have to wonder what he's looking for in a relationship.

Something I found humorous tonight.   Karl's jumping Team, Team Helios, won for the second straight competition (this is a competition outside of the regular jumping competition).  Karl didn't ride tonight (the five members take turns jumping with the team), so Karl was doing VoiceOver work on the team's IG channel during the competition. It must have been interesting for him as the final rider for Team Helios came out and Karl had to announce his horse's  name: Classic Penny.

Saw something interesting on Karl's IG. Do not know if this is true or he was being condescending. There was a question asked if Karl was single now. They answered with Karl you wanna take this one?  He replied NO he was not single any longer!  Interesting indeed
