Is there a thread in this section where you can ask if someone has heard of a fanfiction and if they know the title? Like to find one you've read before but can't recall the title because you didn't set it as a favorite on Fanfiction.net.

I usually go to www.fanfiction,net  There is a drop down for story, writer, etc.  If you know either than you can search for them.

I don't know the story or the writer. I just have a description. And it's something at least one other story has a similar plot. But I do know the title to that one.

well, if you can gives us a description maybe we can help ( unless it's a Shenny story as  i don't read them and i haven't read many Shamy fics  )

OK, in this story Penny has a nightmare that Leonard died. But you don't know it's a nightmare until the end. It's NOT the story January Effect by MartinDePorres which has a similar plot. One thing that stands out in this story is Sheldon was singing Soft Kitty because that's the only way he could comfort his friend and deal with losing him.

Two that I can think of are: Circling these Patterns by Amtrak 12  and Collision Effect by Arismommy

No, it's neither of those. And it's also NOT Incident On Interstate 15 by Allanjay. Which also has a similar plot to the one I'm looking for.
