demonizer Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 (edited) What I would like to see is an episode of where the 4 of them play the VR Game "star trek Bridge Crew" Leonard as the captain, Howard in tactical or engineer and helm officer rajesh or Penny. Indian or woman driver jokes abound *LOL*. and I think it would make it fun if the spock action figure was telling sheldon what to do. I realise the real spock is no longer alive but some relevant sound bytes could be used where sheldon would pose the questions and spock would give limited answers like thats illogical and or simple yes or no's to sheldon's scenarios and put him in a hypothetical conundrum that could be quite funny as he interacts with spock and the others on saving the galaxy . To good to pass up. N.B. I am in no way affiliated with or work for the game title mentioned. I just think it would be just awesome to do it. Dr. C. Michael Turner Posted September 29, 2017 Posted September 29, 2017 (edited) To complete Sheldon's adult journey, it would be wonderful if he discovered the true "grand unifying theory of everything" he can because I understand it and it hasn't been made public yet. If the people in charge would like to do that, David S. can listen to me and verify it. It would tie things up awesomely Susprisingly, an episode where he was a busboy at the Cheesecake Factory does fit extremely well too and with no Bazinga this time. James007nate Posted November 4, 2017 Posted November 4, 2017 "I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested!" A reoccurring statement from Sheldon in previous episodes. Would be hilarious if there was an episode where someone informed Sheldon (possibly his sister to rub it in maybe?) that the doctor that tested Sheldon when he was a child was sued for malpractice and was discovered to not be an actual legitimate doctor at all. All this coming during a period when in Sheldon's life where his neurotic actions are causing some of his friends to once again question his sanity. After his friends intercede on his behalf and get him tested by an actual doctor, the doctor confirms that Sheldon is in fact "not crazy," because of course he's not crazy he's just Sheldon. Joanne M. Posted November 12, 2017 Posted November 12, 2017 I have been watching Big Bang Theory for many years. I’d like to discuss the idea of bringing in someone to the show of Spanish decent. I realize the show focuses on stereotypes. The show can bring light to other ethnic groups that have also been involved in science for hundreds of years. I am of Puerto Rican decent. I am a Cytologist. A great example today of a Hispanic in science would be Chang Diaz. He’s currently working on a plasma engine. He too was on many space flights! We do have many Hispanic people that watch your show even though you’ve only had a maintenance worker from Cuba play a character. Time to move into the 21st century guys! I believe the female characters on the show would be tickled to meet a Spanish astronaut!

TheVeganEggStick Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 So I am new here and I have a great idea... “The Big Bang Gang” on Jeopardy. If you do not know, Jeopardy is a trivia TV show that was created in 1964 and was first hosted by Art Fleming and later in 1984 hosted by the famous Alex Trebek. So what if Sheldon, Leonard, and Penny went on Jeopardy? Well, here’s my plot. (Sheldon and Leonard decide to take the jeopardy test and pass but Penny also takes the test and passes. There is a lot of pop culture and fashion questions that Penny knows and Sheldon and Leonard have no clue what the answers to the questions are. At the end of the episode, the three go to final jeopardy and of all people to win... Penny! Mean while, Bernadette, Howard, and Raj are taking a walk in a nearby park with Cinnamon (Raj’s dog) and the Wolowitz baby (Hallie). Cinnamon sees another dog and goes all “in love mode” and sneaks away while Raj isn’t looking so she can see the dog that she saw. Of course Raj notices that Cinnamon has gone missing and goes to look for her. Eventually he finds Cinnamon sniffing the other dogs bum. So this is only an idea and please, support this small article and maybe this can be a reality on the wonderfully amazing show that we all love!!! 😃👍

Mislav Posted January 4, 2018 Posted January 4, 2018 Maybe not an episode idea as in "whole episode", but something that I would like to see happen in a future episode. I'm interested in hearing what you think about it. I think it fits into this thread well since it is about possibilities and hypothetical scenarios. It occurred to me today, on season eleven discussion thread; the actress who portrayed Yvette (the vet in season seven), Tania Raymonde, had a recurring role on "Malcolm in the Middle". Jane Kaczmarek, who portrayed Leonard's therapist in season nine, also starred in "Malcolm in the Middle"; she portrayed Lois (a character that I couldn't stand, by the way, though no disrespect to the actress). Kate Micucci, who portrays Lucy on TBBT, also guest starred on MITM once. Now thinking about that, I think it would be cool if Frankie Muniz would guest star on The Big Bang Theory once, though sadly he's been having some health issues as of lately, so the likelihood of that is questionable. But I hope he does better soon. At least, maybe Frankie could portray Frank LOL (one of Sheldon's "other friends", according to his claim in episode 9x22 "The Fermentation Bifurcation"; Frank and Alicia). Alicia could be portrayed by Aubrey Plaza (I think she and Frankie would have a good chemistry on screen), or maybe Sarah Michelle Gellar (sort of an inside joke/reference because Leonard, Sheldon, and quite possibly the other guys like "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"). Avoidepause Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 So here's my idea for a scene in the last show. This has to be the very last scene. It plays off of one of the recurring characters in the show, Dr. Proton/Bob Newhart. Sheldon is asleep, wakes up, rolls around and sees he's in bed with Suzanne Pleshette. He looks confused and says "I just had the strangest dream..." Bob Newhart recently died so this would be a great send off for him. He had two shows, "The Bob Newhart Show" (1972-1978) and "Newhart" (1982-1990). In the first, he was a dentist, and married to character played by Suzanne Pleshette. In "Newhart", he was an inn keeper married to the character played by Mary Frann. At the end of Newhart, Bob wakes up, rolls over, sees he is in bed with Suzanne Pleshette (wrong wife for that series) and says, "I just had the strangest dream". Suggesting that the entire "Newhart" show was just a dream that he had.

TIHZ_HO Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 The Black Robber The guys are browsing the comic book store shelves and find the original Settlers of Catan, which they've never seen before, so now they buy it. Once back at the apartment they decide to play and are instantly hooked. Sheldon gets perturbed because every time tries to calculate the odds of where he should place his first two towns (takes time on a whiteboard to do the calculations) someone else picks it and when he finally does get his spot someone rolls a seven and the black robber piece blocks his resource hex! Sheldon then discovers expansion packs which allow more than 4 players, up to 5, and thinks if Penny plays he has a chance, but still no luck! In desperation Sheldon creates his own version of Settlers of Cooper with a rule book the size of a phone book! Under much duress everyone agrees to play the express game with only 20 pages of rules...and Sheldon still can't win and ends up throwing all the board pieces out the window. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catan
griff72 Posted March 14, 2018 Posted March 14, 2018 Since it was announces that Stephen Hawkins has passed. I think the show should do a final goodbye to this brillint man. Sheldon character idolized him so having Sheldon lose his role model and reflect how Hawkings had helped him would be a good idea for this show. Sasquach Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 Since Wolowitz has already created a toilet for the space station, what about having him get a contract to create a central vacuum for the space station. While he get's everyone to assist in designing a vacuum in the standard sense that could be used for cleaning, near the end of the show Penny could come in and after asking what the heck they were spending all their time trying to do and them explaining she could flippantly ask if space wasn't a big vacuum so wouldn't it just be easiest to hook a hose up to a hole in the outer hull of the station..... Sheldon would of course be highly offended by this simple solution while everyone else would after a bit to think about it be amazed at simplicity of the whole thing. Katz Posted July 1, 2018 Posted July 1, 2018 Bbt should make a special episode with alternate reality where the group should be advocating the flat earth theory. I think it would allow for some really hilarious possibilities especially considering that they have an astronaut in the group.
