If it is a showmance she'd been dating some dreamy actor or director or maybe one of the dodgers or lakers maybe even Matt barkely at USC, but that's not what this is

No, she is dating a guy with a $50,000 a year job as an addiction specialist. She makes $250,000 an episode. It's Spears/Federline all over again. When the paparazzi start in on him, calling him Mr. Cuoco and ragging on him about living off of his celebrity wife and asking him if it bothers him to be marrying a woman who is worth 10,000 times more than him then we will see how he holds up. Federline wasn't a bad guy but he and Brit couldn't deal with it. It is like relationship cancer.

Well I've yet to see a relationship that lasted where she was the celeb and he was a regular guy and got called mr. her maiden name that made a gazillion times more than him, plus his problems makes federline look like a good guy, I haven't seen much about her on the gossip sites maybe she's not high enough on the food chain for the paparazzi

I'm sure a regular guy can date a celeb and last but he'd have to be secure and under the right situation

I'm gonna stick in my two cents here.

I, like many others, really don't feel that this whole deal really sits right. But I'm pretty sure that all this disapproval stems from the fact that no one really wants to see her get hurt by a guy, who to the public eye, has less obvious attributes that the wonderful Kaley that most of us indentify - and feel a degree of protectiveness of - as Penny. She doesn't make decisions that I would consider best. But who am I to judge? I see what is presented to me. All the reading into things can never replace actually knowing the guy, or Kaley. I personally, from the info I've seen, feel she deserves better. All anyone wants, I think, is for her to find a nice guy, who she will love. I hope that she has found him, but I fear she hasn't.

And, I guess, a little part deep inside me wanted to see a real life L/P child. (Total fantasy, but warmfuzzy-fantasy)

^ Yeah, I wonder if their involvement with each other off-set for two years was just a side effect of their on-screen romance... or, if the attraction is still there but just put to the side for the sake of the show (off-screen romances can create quite a bit of on-screen tension--been there, done that).

Well a real life l/p kid wouldn't be realistic but a Kaley/Johnny that ship sailed, she's hasn't exactlly been dating great guys nothing but musicians lately

Kaley dated before Leonard/penny got involved they broke up about the time l/p got together, they didn't put It off for the sake of the show since no one knew about it, now that might have been a showmance two co-stars dating one another

You people are acting like actors and actresses are sane people.

They have almost no morality most of the time, and have a sense of entitlement with the adulation they receive and so desperately want.

I doubt she is the classiest person IRL. She has been an actress most of her life and her Tweets...well she isn't the sharpest light bulb in the drawer.

An addiction counselor, probably he is an addict himself, that never goes away, who USED to be a bassist, who was married to a porn star criminal, who has a kid from a previously 'thing' plus has numerous Tats.

Glad I am not her father, or I'd be dead. But then again, some of those parents who push their kids into show business are no good anyway

If I were her father, HE would be dead. :fi_lone_ranger:

That sweet, "girl next door" image took a big hit from this. I wonder how the fanboys will react. Oh, right, they are freaking out. Over on the site with the spoilers, the Kaley Cuoco appreciation thread hasn't had any new posts for days. Bummer. No appreciation.

Of course, now that Penny the character has become a slut, she doesn't have to worry about having a clean image.

Someone said this once: "Dead hooker on TV, live one in real life."

It must suck when real life is too much like your favorite TV show.

They are kind of ruining penny right now, What Kaley cuoco thread, you can't make a judgement about her just because of him she might be nice in real life and what does her parents have anything to do with it

@cbolt: the parent statement came from the idea that most parents worry about their child and who their children marry and usually a father worries even more about their daughter

cite all the movies, songs, books, ect. where the father tells his daughter to stay away from the bad boy or threatens the bad boy to keep him away from the daughter

Well I have feeling he's probably not thrilled, unless the guy has changed but even then I doubt this is the guy he envisoed for her, but her last few guys haven't been great

Doesn't make her a bad person or her parents

I beg your pardon. I am an actor and I hardly ever cheated on any of my four wives and I treated every mistress I ever had with the utmost respect. Besides I hardly ever cry when the applause isn't loud and long.

There's actors and actress and other types of the industry that are good people just as there are ones that aren't they're no different than any other industry I'm sure temptation is the same as well, not sure how you can judge someone by their Twitter account
