duncalf2008 Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 recently made a purchase of series 3 and 4 dvd's which both came with a card sleeve but when looking for series 2 I don't seem to be able to find one with a sleeve. Tripper Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 From what I can tell, the DVDs in the UK/Europe are released with sleeves initially, but these are eventually removed from later production runs. Season 2 did come with a sleeve when first released, but the stock out there today doesn't have one. Season 1 and 2 definitely had sleeves originally.
