I love that third photo! It's a great group one! It's always hard to find those in nice quality.

This is my #1 favorite .gif of Jim. I like when people smile.

Me too. We should smile all the time :icon_cheesygrin: Thanks for those great pics!

How do we add photos?

Click the "NEW REPLY" button underneath the newest post. This will take you to the message composition window.

If you look in the text box there is a little button marked "insert image" which will let you link a URL into your post.

I usually use TinyPic and copy the IMG line into my posts.

Someone will surely correct me if there is an easier way. I have a habit of naturally taking the "long way around" when it comes to this sort of thing >< :)

That gif. reminds me of a theory I have about Jim. Sheldon may be clueless and asexual, but Jim Parsons is a right old charmer. The actors own orientation aside, I know an accomplished flirt when I see one. He knows exactly when he can and can not, turn on the charm. No matter if the interviewer is male or female. No wonder he's getting such a following :icon_cheesygrin:

I'm inclined to agree. Honestly, I've realized that people have no problem just listening to him.

He was on Ellen recently, and I was watching it the next day on my DVR, and I started watching it alone, mind you... but by the end of his interview, I had my mom, dad, and sister sitting down listening to him even though he was only on for a few minutes. They all like the show, but for all three of them to actually stop, sit down, and listen was really weird. I think that's when I noticed.

Your theory just adds to that. Makes a ton of sense. He's definitely charming. Every girl who watches the show just loves him (myself included). Hell, all the guys like him, too!

@Moonbase & Kyzzx

Am in full agreement with both posts.

I have a favorite part out of one of the many bloopers. I couldn't post it from my FB account, so uploaded it to YT.

He also is a very eloquent speaker, he carefully thinks about his words at times & I enjoy listening to him.

He is such a charmer, this is during a taping that involved Dr Stephanie. It shows his flirtatious nature soo well & I happen to love his smile :icon_biggrin:

He's a charmer allright! Thank you for that scene, Jacks.

@moonbase and kyzzx Did you know that happened to me too? I was watching an interview from Craig Ferguson and my mom was just passing by me when she suddenly stopped and starting watching with me and asking me more about the show.

Oh, he oozes charm like bread dipped in honey. :) I'm not quite sure whether it's planned or spontaneous, though.. probably bits of both.

His interviews are just delightful. Apart from personal charm, he also comes across as pretty thinking and articulate, and has an odd straight-faced style of humor which is priceless if you get it.

That Jim/Johnny hug was my favorite blooper moment ever! That, and all the Jim/Kaley moments.

Why is this turning into a Jim Parsons appreciation thread? :p

Jim actually reminds me of Jimmy Stewart, without the stutter.

Yeah he's very accessible and warm. The flirting seems to part of his nature, but he clearly enjoys it.

Sorry, I think that was my fault :icon_wink:

Oh absolutely. Jimmy Stewart, what a gent!

How do I add a photo I have saved on my hard drive?

You upload them onto an external site like for instance Photobucket. It's free, you create an account & when you have uploaded pics it will give you various links to post on web/ forum sites
