It actually could be both that are smitten with the Nimoy autograph...But as this is a cloth napkin I assume it's Jim that got it from when Nimoy was on the set. In the Xmas episode where Penny gives Sheldon the napkin, I believe it's a regular paperlike napkin, like they have in those diners..
