I don't know at exactly which point the light bulb went on in my head and went, "Hmm.. I wonder if he's gay," or what mannerisms made me think that, but reading about him proposing to his boyfriend confirmed it and it was an "Ah, so I guess I was right," and moved on. It obviously didn't change my view of him at all and I didn't even dwell on it for very long, just a tidbit you pick up along the way, kinda like when I found out Kaley and Johnny dated in real life for 2 years. They are garbage and only out to get people and get them riled up. The paps get bored and make up sh** all the time. There has never been an official announcement, proof or anything in reference to Jim's sexual orientation from the horses mouth directly and until then, its all speculation. I'm not trying defend or blow smoke up your ass either way but I could not care any less than the color pink in which I passionately hate with a thousand bolts of lightening. Who cares? Seriously, I quite like Parsons, but I don't see anything particularly interesting about his persona - I watch his interviews from time to time and he comes across as a pretty boring guy and the most interesting titbit about his life is that he once had to suckle on the wolf's tit. It's actually irritating, because it's the least interesting thing to be talking about, regarding him. I quite like Jim, but he's not an especially interesting person. I watch his interviews from time to time and he comes across as pretty boring guy, whose most interesting life titbit is that he suckled on the tit of the wolf. So it's hardly surprising that people find his sexual orientation to be an interesting topic. Also, it may be because you only discover how effeminate he is once you see him in an interview. So either it is true or Jim and Todd and just really good friends and do everything together. I guess it is possible, but I think the chances of it being true is pretty good. I did notice however, in one of the ellen interviews, he was talking about the fact that he hasn't taken a photo of him with the ellen mug yet, and he said that he is alone in the mornings when he drinks his coffee. Yes but you wouldn't buy an apartment in New York and have "team member's" or PA's name on the deed as well, nor would you donate money to causes and list the name of the team member or PA also. And I'm happy that Jim has found the love years ago and he has not really hidden. It's just that nobody needs to say...no one asks, he is not obliged to respond anything too, is just his private life and he should keep it as is.
