I havent seen 2 broke girls but I avoid 'reality' Tv it seems to make people very biatchy. Glee - I didn't like. I thought it was going to be similar to 'Beautiful People'. A British sitcom that only lasted 2 seasons and was much funnier. Anyone know it?

any american reality show.

-I mean in them the people are always crying their eyes out over the slightest mishap. They are just so damned melodramatic. Biggest Loser is a prime example of this.

Only good reality show from USA is Hell's Kitchen. Probably because the host is a tough brit who does not like american crybabies.

Hell's Kitchen is the only reality show I can abide, although Ramsay takes it way too far and is unnecessary assholish when he doesn't need to be, which annoys me. Screaming at people is not motivating; it's obviously done for dramatic effect. I much prefer his other show, Kitchen Nightmares. He gets blunt with the restaurant owners and can be rude with the (almost always incompetent and/or lazy) kitchen staff, but he's waaaaaay more subdued than he is in Hell's Kitchen.

Annoying show I haven't seen yet and won't watch: Anger Management. Go away, Charlie Sheen. Just go away.

ETA: well, Anger Management isn't out yet. But still. I stand by my plea for no more Charlie Sheen.

@Europa Re: Anger Management....LOL....I won't be tuning into that nonsense, either...I don't even plan to tune back into either The Office or Two & A Half Men.

The only show on CBS (besides the Tony Awards) that I tune into is Big Bang Theory...I will be sad the day they announce that show is done for sure.

Shows I don't like: All that Jersey Shore/Kardashian nonsense, The Real Housewives no matter what city they're from, Almost all the shows on E!. Other than The Soup, there is no show I'll watch on that channel...Talk about shows/people that should 'go away', The Office should without Steve Carrell, and Two & A Half Men---that should just disappear completely.

.

Reality shows suck. They kind of shows how stupid the American Public has become.

Competition or talent shows certainly help some really talented people get ahead. But don't ask me to watch. "Dancing with Washed Up Stars" is not my cup of Tea.

PUNKED was the worst show ever. Ashton should have been a Walmart Stock Boy. Walton Kelso Schmitt is only the same stupid High School kid from "That 70's Show" Charlie's new show can't top 2 1/2 Men. Charlie was Charlie and he wasn't acting. That is what made it so good.

I can't get along with the likes of Towie and Geordie Shore and other shows that exploit the fact that its "stars" are generally a bit short brain wise.

Exactly this, It makes you wonder what crazy and delusional morons commission shows that that here in England.

Any and every show that involves a competition of singers, dancers, jugglers, etc. and/or is described as "reality."

What (s)he said! + pimp my garden/house/cooking/business/body/make-up etc.

I've always loved the L&O shows, except for SVU, which got pretty annoying pretty quickly...

But as for most annoying, I think it's got to be all the so-called "reality" shows that think that putting some annoying people screaming at each other (DRAMA!!!) is good TV--like the "real" housewives of wherever, people "famous" for being "famous", the pawn shop guys and motorcycle building guys and Hillbilly Handfishin' people, and on and on. I wouldn't want to meet or talk to those people in real life, why would I want to watch them on TV??

I hate Biggest Loser, mostly because it's supposedly trying to help these people with pretty difficult weight loss, but it puts them in a position to basically sabotage each other, or punish others by voting them off. And the few times I've seen bits of it, it seems like the trainers are always screaming at the contestants.

A show like "Extreme Makeover: Weightloss Edition" is much better in terms of seeing someone transform themselves--seeing the difficulties of making major lifestyle changes and the rewards that can come when you stick to it, without belittling the person in the process. Yes, they're pushed to get real about their lives, but in the end, the point is to help the person succeed. And they're realistic about the timeframe--it basically takes about a year.

Anyway, as for most regular scripted shows I don't know that there's anything I really hate, since I don't watch things that don't interest me. Maybe I hate 2-1/2 Men...
