positive comedies make me feel good.

-Such as Jim Carrey's ace venturas and most Eddie Murphy flicks too.

Hate overy serious comedies, though, such as tootsie.

Contact, The first Matrix, The Artist, Lawrence of Arabia, Sideways, Rocky 2, James Bond You Only live Twice are just a few that make me feel quite uplifted:) films are a passion close to music for me, so we own a fair few, there's loads others - these were just from the top of my head.

after careful consideration, the very best feelgood film for me has to be

Notting Hill

This romantic comedy is just to hilarious and positive.:icon_cheesygrin:

It's A Wonderful Life, most Pixar movies, Shallow Hal, Bruce Almighty and ...

Mr. Holland's Opus.

Seriously, such an emotional feel-good movie if there ever was one. It basically goes to show that if you think you don't make a difference in other people's lives and even if you aren't doing exactly what you thought you might do you still might be making a bigger difference than you thought and you can still end up living your dream.

Yes I like Notting Hill and my faavourite is Love Actually, but I also love watching Sherlock Jnr (which is a Buster Keaton silent movie, you should check it out, very funny story about a detective solving a case.)
