LoveShamy Posted June 23, 2012 Posted June 23, 2012 Just a discussion about comic con. I would travel from UK, England if I could get my hands on comic con tickets to the big bang theory. Why can't England have them too, if they do I am shocked Who has been and what was it like? or who would like to go and if you had a chance to ask a question what would it be? I watched it on youtube and so wished I was there! (the presenter was very annoying on it)
Spaced_up Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 I wish I could go. They don't have Big Bang stars at the London one. I went to a sci-fi convention about ten years ago in Blackpool which was really big and had a load of TV stars. It was before this shows time though. I'm too shy to ask questions but I would like to know how long they want to keep the show going.

netmouse Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 From what I've heard from a mate who went, it's the mecca for any nerd. He loved it. I live in Australia, and yeah, know what it's like to want something on the other side of the world. ComicCon is on my bucket list, right up there with spending a week in Tokyo. Pomita Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 It's just as impossible from India, but I would give my right arm to attend the TBBT panel. I've seen all the videos, and there are some clever questions asked.. you can tell they're real fans asking! This year, I would probably ask them why Sheldon couldn't just get an appointment and meet Hawking of his own accord, if he's an esteemed Caltech theorist himself - why did he have to go through Howard. Yes, we know all about comedic license, but fans have a right to want the writers' take on it.
Superlovelexi Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 I want to get another job so I can save up and go next year. I have a lot of family in California, and I've been to San Diego, but never to Comic Con. I also love to go see them tape an episode in Burbank too that would be a dream come true.
