It sounds like they get down in the dumps, like Leonard got with Penny over the Time Machine, but in the end the girls lift them up again, like Penny did with Leonard. Really it sounds like a real positive episode because the girls are understanding more about their men. Now we need a big paintball episode. I so need a paintball episode!! I look forward to seeing how 6.13 turned out too if they show it. Convict, I agree with Spook. You have nothing to worry about there. Oh I haven't gotten over when they played basketball for Prof. Rothman's office, that episode was hysterical. It's important to note that Sheldon and the other guys are sad and dispirited when they feel they need to give up on their nerdy excursion and go back; they're not happy about doing that, they're just discouraged by the events of the day. And what cheers them up is going back and finding that the girls have somehow unexpectedly begun to share their comic-book interests. It seems like a nice way of showing that their relationships can at times enable and support their geekiness, and not necessarily take away from it. Let's see how it plays out. This is the perspective which makes me look forward to seeing it. Wait, what?? Where is this coming from now? Sheldon's not getting any better?? All he's done this season is mature with regards to their relationship! Also, agree very much with this. Sheldon's the one who's been doing all the evolving and maturing, and most of the compromising, in this season (and sometimes drawn flak for it). Speaking of that episode, season 3 ep. 12, (the one with Danica McKellar) I thought that she (Abby) and Martha (Jen Dorhan) would have been interesting choices for Sheldon and Raj. Martha knew about comic books, and could discuss 'Flatland' with Sheldon. Both ladies were playing 'Rock Band' with Sheldon and Raj when Leonard returned from his date (not to mention thy were both interested in some physical contact).
