I teach college math and I have used several references to the show in various lessons...the inverse tangent function approaching an asymptote, the Venn diagram in this year's Halloween episode, how many comparisons of two are needed for a game of Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock, and there are probably a couple others I can't think of right now.  A psychology professor I know uses Sheldon training Penny with chocolates to teach positive reinforcement.  I accidentally got an Engish teacher friend hooked on the show (she had a tiara in her office and I sent her the clip) and now she says that she somehow has a plan to use TBBT to teach logic in her freshman comp classes.

Also, watching the show has made me crave more hot beverages.

Something is going on with the font, so my apologies if this shows up looking weird.

Today I went to Cost Plus and found Sheldon's Tea box! I ended up not buying it, though, because it was a little bigger than I really have room for, and a little more money than I wanted to spend.

I think his box was about $20 and the one I bought was about $15.

Anyway, it was nice to see it there. :)

So, last night my sister and I were watching BBT S5 eps and I saw the tea box I did buy at Raj's apartment!

I guess the guys all shop at Cost Plus... :p

Also, today, while we were at Target, we came across a pile of t-shirts that included a Bazinga shirt, a flash lightening bolt, green lantern, etc. :D

Speaking of tshirts...I have seen about 5 BBT related tshirts in the last two days. So awesome to see random people on the street wearing them and knowing they're fans like I am. I was at work the other day and had on MINE underneath my uniform and saw a customer wearing hers and of course, I had to comment on hers and tell her I was wearing mine too and she smiled. LOL.

Guest I'm not dead Cheryl

I have one not so good one. My fiancee is now obsessed with Throat singing since he saw Sheldon do it. And started practicing it watching YouTube videos and stuff.

SERIOUSLY, IT IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING EVER!

And to make things worse, last night they aired that episode on repeats!

I went back to Target yesterday and bought a Bazinga shirt and a "distressed" Batman shirt. :)

Also, my BIL's sister gave me a Bazinga cup (red plastic tumbler with a lid and straw) and a Sheldon Bobble-head for Christmas! :D

Cool, I'm wearing by red one now! Haha. In fact, I got a comment on it today when I went to Wal-Mart, I met two other people employee's who like the show. One of them says, "Bazinga!" all the time. LOL.

I got two. A red one with a black and white picture of Jim with the word Bazinga, in yellow, below it. The other is just black, with the work Bazinga in white across the chest.

Oh, guys, I feel little bit of envy, all of you having these t-shirts and more things and meeting "TBBT colleagues"...Here they are not selling anything related to the show and the only option I have is to buy in Internet but: I don´t have international credit card (how crazy is that?) and moreover the post office will be more costly than the t-shirt.

So I don´t have anything! I think one day I will PAINT my own t-shirt... :(

My mom called me a bit ago to tell me the most adorable thing about the latest addition to our family, Oliver. She said when she sings Soft Kitty, he perks up like crazy like he likes it. She made me sing it over the phone and he went to the phone. LOL! Too cute! Picture of Oliver attached.

I actually dreamed about Jim Parsons last night!

It started out as some weird situation where I was coming out of a building and couldn't find my car, and then at some point I ended up giving Jim a ride because he didn't drive... :p

We ended up stopping at some strange home in some strange neighborhood with tiny narrow streets and at one point I had to back my car all the way back down this tiny street because it dead-ended in someone's house...

I think that at some point my sister was in the car with us, and we stopped in some strange place like a museum or gallery and Jim was climbing around on stuff.

But then my sister called and woke me up. :(

I am killing my colleagues and friends with my quotes. My UK-colleague gave me a Sheldon-Bazinga mug for christmas hoping this would shut me up for a while. Well, did'nt happen!    :icon_eek:    I gave her the DVD's 1-5 so she can finally keep up with my thoughts!

What kills me is, that nobody want's to discuss spoilers, taping-reports and shipping-stuff. That hurts my feelings ;-)

ohhh this disbelievers!
