Now that would be fun. Otherwise she could make a pretty good living teaching nerdy guys social skills so they could pick up live women. I'm sure Caltech would keep her going for years.... She was a lot sweeter person when the show started and now it is like she is bitter with her life and she going to drinking to forget her problems. I agree she needs to drink less and start treating Leonard like a boyfriend she is really in love with. Also it would be a little nice if she was a little romantic with him instead of always trying to act like the energizer bunny when they have sex, attacking him. Penny getting Leonard involved with her family and friends Penny upgrading her partime job to another venue they get to sit around and talk, coffee shop, Ikea, day care Penny getting more air time! idrive65 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 I'd like to see her stand up straight!  Such a minor point, but that slouch makes her look like a "toothless Okie."  I wonder, if she does become more successful with her acting career, if she'll be embarrassed by her boyfriend and his nerdy friends.  It's easy to accept their geekiness when she'ss in their world, but not so much when she was with her "cooler" friends - the girls she went dancing with on Halo night, the people at her Halloween party, the football-watching friends.  We haven't see her hang out with anyone but Amy, Bernadette, and just recently the English classmate.  Has she dropped all her other friendships?  I'd like to see her defend the King of the Nerds and his posse to glamorous people in Hollywood.
