So this airs nov. 29? It just occured to me that thanksgiving is this thursday so we will have to wait another week for this one! That sucks!

Oh, that blows. I didn't even notice that and forgot it was Thanksgiving on Thursday. I work all night like normal, didn't think twice about it.

Huffington Post TV Guide shows Two REPEAT episodes on Thanks giving evening 8 PM is 6.1. and 9 PM is 5. 12. Because 2 1/2 men is in shark jumping mode, It follows BBT at 8:30 and 9:30.

I sure wish they would have had a Thanksgiving episode. Also, if I can wish, I want a 1-hour Christmas special..

Meeeaaans?? really this will happen?? I mean, they really will not have a new episode for 10 days? or maybe the episode is there but they are not showing it in YOUR TV because you celebrate ThanksGiving?? or this will be in all the world?

I agree about a Thanksgiving episode...even still I don´t know about what is this celebration :icon_lol:

Another Christmas episode will be nice too. I think they made only one, when Penny gave the Nimoy´s napkin to Sheldon.

The second time Leonard's mom came to Pasadena was also a Christmas-sorta episode

It's not uncommon. On US TV, most, if not all, TV shows that normally air on Thursdays will not show a new episode on Thanksgiving because they know most people will not watch and they don't want to burn off a new episode when there's no audience.

Most people will be watching football games or hanging out with their family, or starting their Christmas shopping ( :icon_rolleyes: ) or going to the movies--a lot of "big" movies start on or right after Thanksgiving--and generally anything but watching regular TV programming.

A lot of networks will air family/holiday-themed specials to try to attract viewers, but, yeah, no new episodes of most regular TV.

Hmm, yes I can see, well, this will work as vacation for them, we need to be patient :icon_rolleyes:

Thanks for the link!

Sheldon's whiteboard scribbles look intriguing. As do his technicolor socks. :D
