Cost Plus Warehouse.  I almost bought it, but I went with the one Raj has on his shelf.  I do wish, though, that I had bought Sheldon's box because it holds more teabags.

It costs about $20.

I don't have a pic of it, but it's on the metal rack/shelf in his kitchen area.

One of the best views of it is in the episode The Skank Reflex when Bernie goes to his apartment and barges in, chewing him out about the crush he'd had on her, telling him he needs to tell Howard there was never anything between them.

When Raj backs up into his apartment, he backs all the way up against that shelf unit and on the shelf kind of close to his shoulder there's an oblong wooden box that says "Tea" on the front.

That's the one I bought.  It was about $15, but it doesn't hold as much as the black box.
