My friend booked us a hotel in NY and it just happened to be round the corner (she's not a fan) and we walked past it. It's like nothing else around that immediate area, it's just beautiful.

@ convict

I didn't know that. So he has two?

its lovely

Where he lives in La does he rent or own?

He brought it. Its in NY.

Funnily enough it's doesn't look like the pictures, it looks really old and less glitzy. There's no red carpet out the front and it was getting some work done, so it had scaffolding or boarding up. It's nicer than the pictures. It has a private garden.

@ shamynatress

I didn't know he also had somewhere in LA.

Yes he has, seems a smaller house. I only know it because I am sort of addicted to Jim on Ferguson. He once also told him he drives a BMW (like me, that cracks me up)  because he loves German cars. hahaha. I would guess it is a X5 as that's the normal SUV size in the US. I think that is also where he mentioned that he lives close to the studio.

ehmmm, not that I am focussing to much on details......

Thanks for the link!

Ha ha, this is so funny:

Yes I like that interview on Ferguson. It was so funny, especialy that part about elective surgery of his friend and about removing something growing...ha ha ha... so much innuendos in this interview..poor Jim...  too much innuendos. And as for the car: Ferguson:

do you have much in  the way of  pfallic symbols... Jim: where?  Ferguson: do you have  big expensive car with a penis shape in front of it...what car do you have? Jim:BMW  Ferguson: oh German...Poor Jim :icon_razz::icon_lol:

and part 2

I prefer interviews in which I can  find out something interesting out about him,  in which are specific questions, and conversation it's an interesting,  but this duo is to die for, is some sort of chemistry between them.

He apparently now drives a Mercedes.  There are some pictures of him out somewhere (tumblr? twitter?) of him with a little white Mercedes.  Someone who went to a recent taping (I think she went on a studio tour also?) saw it and identified the model, but I forget what it was.

It was posted on the other forum a few weeks ago, I think.

Let's try to remember that JP isn't a piece of meat, you dirty birdies ;)

I don't treat him like a piece of meat, that he is a handsome and sexy, and you can read  comments  like that  on this tread, it  does not mean that nothing else matters to me, because I can only speak for myself. Read my previous comments, and besides, I love him for everything, for the beauty of his soul, and for his attitude in life, for his passion to acting and for a lot of things. So don't tell me  I tread him that way. I can't write a poems about someone who is a piece of meat for me. What's your problem, relax and enjoy this forum because someone create it for fun.

We all love him and I'm sure that every girl, to who your comment was  addressed will agree with me. That is the last thing that we think about Jim.

 Have we scandalized you?

enjoy!

He acts so geeky that it is completely charming in the oddest way. More I just rather not say. And ladies -- I am looking at you.... :icon_redface:

*Laughs* Seriously no. Just no, I try to never think of Jim like that.... Noticed his missing ring and wish he were wearing it. Lovely home he has bought....

And that is the only thoughts I shall allow myself.

Yes,  he was charming, and I love how he spoke about Mayim, "she play Blossom and the she became smart" He really admires her. And Kimmel asked him, that frequently asked question: did he understands a science. He was so nice that he  answer the question, but  I think he is already tired of  this question.

Thanks for the pictures of Jim's NY condo! I hadn't seen it before. It looks beautifully period.. good to know he has refined tastes in architecture (I'm not surprised).

I just watched the Kimmel interview (three rewatches - I always need three, twice to completely get what he says and once to spend gazing at his eyes and smile and expressive hands). :icon_redface: So I've basically spent the last half an hour grinning like crazy.

Why is he so adorable? Warm and funny and lively.. I loved to hear his description of his attempts at learning French (reminded me of my own failed Italian attempts), and about Bazinga bee, and the gesture he made when he showed how the science jokes go over his head.  And turning 40 and his birthday plans and 'I love you, mother'. And especially when he talked of Mayim being a neuro-something and teaching them all how to slice brains.

I had a hard day at work, and this just washed away all the stress and worries. Bless the man, he's a piece of joy.

Maybe just because someone piss me off, and I was angry when I read your post. But Yeah I 'm a little dirty birdy, :icon_lol:  :icon_mrgreen:  and I think that you are too... :icon_lol:

In some way we all are...sometimes you have to be to forget your troubles, and Jim is a sweetheart and I love him :icon_redface:  he always makes me happy. And I'm so so far from thoughts like that

I'm sorry to hear that Pomita. I hope that we can cheer you up.

Yes he's our sweetheart    and bless that man for everything who he is. He 's so warm and loving man, for his mother and family. I love when he speak foreign languages( I love Italian and Spanish,  French is so sensual language) and as  I said about him and Mayim  I think he admires her.

He always melts my heart
