This is off topic but I just saw a article with Ryan Murraphy about AMERICAN HORROR STORY 4. Would it not be EPIC if Jim had a cameo or some part in it. Ryan Murraphy did A NORMAL HEART movie.

I've never seen The Normal Heart... and don't care for horror movies....but I would watch anything with Jim in it........ ANYTHING ..... no literally ... ANYTHINGG!!!!!!!!!!.... lol .......i know he's gay ....but its my heart's desire to see him in a steamy love scene with some woman .....where he's all confident and aggresive...lol (blushing)...haha

Just wanted to say that it was soo worth watching the whole 1 h and 40 min of The big year too see that 1 min of Jim!! So precious!

And even though he didn't appear that much I got a very good grip about his character. He did a excellent job bringing him to life during that short time he was on. It's a character you remember after watching the movie, despite the short amount of time. That's truly amazing.

Glad you enjoyed it.  I thought it was worth the watch as well.   He was beautiful in it.

Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons is set to star in the upcoming indie dramedy THE EARTH WAS BLUE for producers Double Nickel Entertainment and BCDF Pictures. The film, which is eyeing a Summer 2014 start is now on the hunt for their female lead to star opposite Parsons. The story, which is pitched as a mix between dramedy and rom/com, centers on a disgraced reporter who attempts to win back the public by tracking down the illusive and anonymous author of a book that has changed the world. Based on that brief synopsis we’re assuming Parsons will play the illusive author.

BCDF, who previously released the Josh Radnor’s (How I Met You Mother) “Liberal Arts” and the VOD break out hit “Bacherlorette” have a solid development slate for 2014, with no less than 3 spec buys in 2013, and a mix of indies prepping for a start before years end.

Producers are still on the hunt for a female lead to pair with Parsons, as well as a director to bring to life the script written by Hal Masonberg and Teal Minton.

Parsons, who will next be see in “Wish I Was Here”, is repped by CAA and Gotham/Principal.

wow, if this would be true... Jim is really a busy man! I`m so happy for him that his career not seems to stop and goes higher. Maybe the most unlucky person would be Todd, when Jim is always away from his home  .

Please let this be true. :p

Although it would be strange seeing Jim paired romantically with anyone other than Mayim. :(

Maybe Mayim should try out for the female role. :girlwink::

s it just me, or is Jim ridiculously sexy in jeans?

No,not just you.  He definitely looks very sexy in jeans.

It is legitimate.  That is a real production company and real distribution company and yes he is attached to the project currently (and the information is correct...he is with CAA and Gotham Group (which was formerly Principal Entertainment).
