I'm no geneticist but I didn't know that was possible. It is no way a negative comment on his appearance or anything, just a curiosity. Yes, this is especially true when something potentially sensitive or controversial is being discussed. Like him in Comic Con 2011 about Sheldon and Asperger's - he fumbled so badly, and then apologized for sweating and squirming like crazy, saying it was a 'ridiculous way to live'. :D I like to think he's probably just too considerate of people's views and feelings, and wants to be as inoffensive as possible. I agree that he may have gotten more diplomatic with time. Clearly that's needed, when you're a celebrity. And he seems to have done a pretty good job of staying far away from any kind of controversy, and being known as a generally nice, no-hassles person. We're analyzing ear lobes now? Ok, I'll play, - After much observation, I can see a slight difference in the shapes of his left and right lobes, but they both look more or less attached to me. Edit:after the close-ups posted by Silver, I'll say it's more like his left ear has a tiny lobe and his right ear doesn't. Now excuse me while I go back to the endless deep blue eyes and sunshine smile and perfect lips and.. seriously, folks, you expect me to be able to focus on his ears in those pics? I agree with you completely. He does not need a scandal, what he is as an actor speaks for itself. Well, human beings are not perfectly symmetrical. Everybody has one eye little bit smaller than the other eye, one eyebrow little bit more down than the other, etc. In some people it is more clear and in some is less. Even we don´t notice this vey much, and we only see this when the difference is very clear. Same happen with ears, nobody has them exactly same shape.
