my face sometimes starts to hurt after watching hours and hours of Jim interviews because I cant stop smiling and grinning like an idiot  :icon_redface:

Indeed. Sometimes I don't even know I'm smiling, and then I catch a glimpse of my reflection on the laptop screen and realize I'm looking goofy. And smitten. :)

I agree with all you gals :icon_mrgreen: he is the kind of person you look at and never get tired I have all episodes of the big bang theory of all seasons, which I assure you that I have watched every episode atleast thrice, it still never gets old and I could watch him all day :icon_redface: my friends think I'm crazy, infact I remember I used to be so addicted to big bang theory and sheldon/jim it actually started affecting my grades in school :( I thought I was losing it  thank god I recovered and I am much calmer now. The recovery helped a lot and on a flip side sheldon/jim actually got me interested in science and engineering and now I'm majoring in computer science and have one of the highest gpas in class. B) I would like to thank jim for portraying such a brilliant character of sheldon and help me embrace my nerdy side.

Great! But how many events is he going to do on 25 April?! I believe SAG and Letterman are also on the same day.

I wonder if the live listen would work outside US? If not, I hope somebody uploads the audio.

I think they normally update the guest interviews online anyways! They did when Jim was on the show last year for Harvey!  :icon_mrgreen:

Wah--I can't hear it!

I get a bar at the top with 00:00 at the left end and 00:00 at the right end.  When I press the play button, nothing happens.

I'm hoping it's just because I'm at work...

Thanks so much, Stardust! I love how in-depth the interview is, especially about the Normal Heart (play and movie), and the details about how he got into Infernal Bridegroom Productions. Also, the adorable little Jim-isms like suddenly noticing that he used the word 'cognizant' too many times and changing it up. :)

I think this is the first time he's been asked in an interview about the NY Times article. He handled it as gracefully and casually as he does everything else.

Oh, and I'd be so willing to see him as a sexy poolboy, complete with tan. ;)

Oh star thank you for it. You should see me when I listened this. i just sat in my comfortable chair, put on my headphones to  hear his voice good and clearly, and when they started I just closed my eyes and listened whole interview with dreamy smile on my face, I could listen him when he talks constantly. It was good and relief that I was alone at home. I bet that you read new chapter of Questions by thuslyinformed( I love it, by the way and thanks for recomendation) I thought to myself while I listened to Jim that if I'd be in a situation like Sheldon when he flew to England to Amy, and if I was afraid of this like him, for sure I had to carry an mp3 player with this interview and the others to listen to this incredibly soothing, sexy and sensual voice of Jim.

I love how he talked about theater, and everytime when I listen him talking about it and about other roles and of course TBBT it amaze me how passion he has for acting, for being on the stage, how much he loves it. It is in a tone in which he speaks, and how he describes it. I don't need to see him it is in his voice, to know that acting is his life, and I just admire him for that. And how strong feelings he has for his job we could deduce, when he said that in summer he wanted to play on the stage, and in summer they start shooting "Normal Heart" based on the play, he will be busy again. I bet that he would like to have vacation. I heard that he is going to Paris but I don't know is that true. He need to rest, poor baby, but I bet that he loves to play so much that it's difficult for him to refuse and take a vacation. And that part of being gay. He did it smoothly, while maintaining privacy and concisely.

Thank you again. Melody.

IMO it is not only because he loves to play. He KNOWS this is HIS TIME and he cannot reject even a small opportunity now. TBBT gave him the fame he needs for getting more jobs in theatre, films and TV. HE CANNOT REFUSE NOW, even if he needs vacations. Because those extra jobs he is doing are the platform for having more in future when TBBT will finish.

But this is only my opinion...I know nothing about this :)
