I am glad Home is so well-liked and doing so well but at the same time I am really missing the press tours for it. It was wonderful to constantly have new interviews and pictures and video every day! I got spoiled by all that Jim love and now I miss it.

I'm sure it won't be long before we start seeing press for An Act Of God.  The preview performances start in just about a month, so I'm sure he'll do some talk shows and interviews in a few weeks.

The last taping is the 21st and then he's off to NYC, but in that last week, or even between 5/5 and the official opening of 5/28, he's sure to do more publicity.

I expect him to do the NY talk scene for Act of God. Which I cannot wait for!!!!

Will Letterman still be around by then?

I wonder if he'll do another Jimmy Fallon appearance, since they already talked about this last time.

I guess he'll do Seth Meyers, but I think Kimmel and the guy who took over for Craig Ferguson are back in LA.  I wonder if he'll fly back to LA for that or if he'll maybe hit those shows before he heads back to NYC.

Then there's always GMA or CBS This Morning (hate that show!) or even the Today show, I guess, that are all in NYC.

I expect him to do the morning show scene (CBS this morning, Today Show and possibly GMA but they rarely do theater stuff). Also maybe The Daily Show. I do not think he will go back on Fallon, but I do expect him to go on Letterman at some point.. And then there is always a pop spot on Live with Kelly & Michael.

Also a lot of celebrities who do broadway go on some of the local shows we have in NY like NPH went on NY Live which airs on WNBC to promote his stint on broadway.

Also some do radio interviews in town too.

Jim Parsons reads a fan-fiction about him [The Hits Radio]

http://Jim Parsons reads a fan-fiction about him

It's actually a poem and it's one I wrote about two years ago (we talked about it about two weeks ago, if you feel like digging back several pages... :p )

The radio guy was supposed to call me last week, but it fell through.

ETA: Your link doesn't work...

Yea, I cannot listen since I'm at work...Just hope later today I will get to hear it from youtube or something....

He is ALWAYS so relaxed on Dan Patrick.  I think it has to do with the fact he gets to talk about different things aka sports...something no other interviewer asks.  And the questions are always different than the traditional interview scene.

That was a lot of fun!

He mentioned going on a date with Todd early on to see the movie Bowling for Columbine (because Dan mentioned that one of his first dates with his wife was to see the movie Platoon.)
