Yes, they finished filming on Thursday.

Here's the "goodbye" photo, LOL! Jim should be at the round table in the center of the picture....

She looks so pretty with the 60s hairstyle :-)  . Jim looks handsome too. Anyone know what her role in the movie is ?

Not yet.  "The Hidden Figures" IMDB page is pretty bare bones right now with only a few character names and a brief description of the plot.  Hopefully they will flesh it out during next few months.  Also, since the book the movie is based on will not be released until September 6th, we can't use that as a reference.

My first thought was that she is playing his wife, I don't know why.

Jim's character is Paul Stafford, the Chief Engineer at NASA who head up the Space Task Group.   After leaving NASA, Paul later joined Hewlett Packard where he worked for 11 years and then since has moved into financial world where he heads up Treasury & Risk.  Here is what he looks like now:

Jim and Todd redecorated their LA home....

I'm usually not the person who pays much attention to this kind of stuff because it feels weirdly stalkerish (lol), but man, I'm really digging this. The mix of everything and the bold colours make it look so cosy! <3

The plaid chair cracks me up though! LMAO

Stylish but color pallet is on the darker side and seems like it sucks up light in the room.  I tend to prefer lighter rooms.   But it definitely goes with the motif of the vintage home.   It really fits the style of the home.   Very stylish.

Niiiiice...The blue bookcase with the mustard couch, the living room floor, the kitchen wall! Omg, can they come over and decorate mine too? This looks amazing! The last photo is the only one that doesn't impress me, the floor is too Kris Jenner-y to my eyes.

I wonder how WSJ got these pics ? Jim and his partner would have recently agreed for the pictures of their newly decorated house to be featured , right ?  Looks very beautiful and vintage. They are an awesome couple with great sense of decor.

I remember seeing inside pics in some magazine of their Gramercery park penthouse as well. I think,  their NYC penthouse in Manhattan is beyond gorgeous too !

The redecorating project is going to be featured in a book on Hollywood home design.  From the WJS article...

"The result, featured in Anthony Iannacci’s book “Hollywood Interiors: Style and Design in Los Angeles” (The Monacelli Press), is an artistic but livable oasis for the owners and their two dogs."

There are a few inside pictures of one of JP and TS's many(4?) NYC homes, all in Gramercery Park on this website as well. I believe this is from a few years ago, when the couple bought the unit. I figured it is public knowledge since it was listed as 'open house' :

I also remember reading, that Jimmy Fallon is their nyc neighbor :-) But thats all I know.

These pictures are of the the first apartment they bought in August 2011.  They bought a second apartment on the same floor in July  2012.

In December 2014 they brought two apartments on the penthouse level, one flight directly above...bring the total up to 4 apartments.

I don't know if there are any pictures of the cluster of apartments or of any renovations they have done, but I may be wrong.

Jimmy Fallon lives in the building next door.

I think it was on the Dan Patrick show last summer that Jim mentioned that he keeps his awards on built-in bookshelves in his home.  I know that decorators pretty up rooms for these photos, but it would have been really sweet to see those four Emmys and that Golden Globe sitting there on the shelves behind that gold sofa.

Edited to add:  I went back and listened to the Dan Patrick interviews, and the mention Jim's Emmys in his home is mid-way through the 4/3/14 interview.

Just a mention of Jim's involvement, but if you wanted to know more about the movie "Hidden Figures" this is a very nice piece from The New York Times.

Uncovering a Tale of Rocket Science, Race and the ’60s

ATLANTA — Taraji P. Henson hates math, and Octavia Spencer has a paralyzing fear of calculus, but that didn’t stop either actress from playing two of the most important mathematicians the world hasn’t ever known.

Both women are starring in “Hidden Figures,” a forthcoming film that tells the astonishing true story of female African-American mathematicians who were invaluable to NASA’s space program in the Jim Crow South in the early 1960s.
