Anyone wonder why Jim Parsons never promotes TBBT any longer. I wonder if he is going to miss the show in the slightest. All the other cast members seem sad and are somewhat nostalgic as the show nears completion. He doesn't show any emotion at all. Makes me kind of sad as fan. I spent years watching him. And, yes I know and understand he is not required to post anything. But still...I wonder if he is thankful for his fans. Perhaps he hated his character and is just over it?  Perhaps to deliberately put space between him and his character? But even before the show actually ends? Just currious.

i notice that to on the radio the other day he said to be totally honest when the show ends he probably be saying want am  i doing to me it sounded like he may be regretting hes decision

There's been quite a bit of negativity in the comments on any of his BBT related IG posts.  I think he is avoiding opening himself to that sort of feedback on his page.

I personally don't think he is.  It seemed to me that he was just joking around.

I personally don't think he is.  It seemed to me that he was just joking around.

Now that is sad. He in my opinion, has many more thankful fans than ones being rude about his decision.  Showing even a little emotion about it ending would be nice. Perhaps a favorite snap shot from back in the early days of the show? The show wasn't on for what a month? At least a promo for the new episode? I get the feeling he has checked out. But again, my opinion. No way to do a fact check

Maybe as we get closer to the end.  For now I think he is just trying to mentally keep his head in the game.

I don't blame him for not posting I've read through his comments when he does and people can be very mean.

People handle grief in different ways and I believe with them all leaving the show they will experience some amount of grief--it's a huge life change.

I believe he will miss it but playing a character for that long is tasking--especially a character like Sheldon

i compare this to when you decide to break up... if you have been processing the idea for some time, when you finally do it, maybe the emotions are there but they don't crush you like they'd, if it where a sudden decision. i think he has been processing the idea of leaving  since the shamy wedding. 

and there's to keep in mind he really is very private, i mean he hasnt even post for his birthday at all... i think he is just away from IG in general. when i see the liked post by ppl i follow, he never appears there, so i think he is just not using IG.

Yeah, he is doing the bare minimum of posting a few promotional things once a week or so but not more. So I guess he's just not into IG these days.

That's such a good comparison. When you decide to make a big move like that you mentally prepare yourself and try to detach to make the process easier. I'm sure he is upset to some extent, he seems like a very sensitive person.

He did post a thank you comment to some one on instagram for a lovely tribute to his birthday which I thought was really sweet--the person was so happy he responded to her.  

I know he loves New York City and doesn't seem crazy about CA, and wants to move back to NY plus I've heard of other actors who have had long gigs on sitcoms get really sick of playing the same character for so many years. Like some of the other actors have said--'it's bittersweet'

The stars all go through different emotions at differnet times coming up to the end of a show like this. Nothing takes away what he has done, can't imagine anyone else playing the part as well as him

Interesting that Kareem Abdul Jabar used to own it as well. I wonder if they will buy another one or just rent when they return to LA and live mainly in NYC

Actor/writer Ryan O’Connell, has cerebral palsy, wants to change the way we talk about disabilities — and he’s hoping to do that with “Special,” his new Netflix sitcom premiering Friday.

It follows a young gay man with CP (O’Connell) as he begins his first job, has adventures in dating and moves into his first solo apartment away from his mother, hanging out with his friends Carey (Augustus Prew) and Kim (Punam Patel).

Just watched Special. I am an addict. I really hope we get to see more episodes. I wonder when the next season is going to come out if there is one. I just loved it. Everything about it. Wonder if the book is as good. I may need to purchase it...

I got to watch about four of them--they're wonderful! Ryan is so sweet--just adorable. Love the cast they chose Well made I heard the book is good, too

let's hope it has another season. from what im seeing, netflix isn't promoting the show as much as they should. in fact almost nothing of promotion

Why are the episodes so short? I thought they should have been a bit longer. This is my only complaint. If you could even call it that...

I thought it was weird, too at first but then I realized I kind of liked it being short--not sure why (Just seems to get to the point quick)
