From Playbill

The annual Broadway Backwards concert, featuring gender-reversed and star-studded twists on classic and modern favorites, will be held virtually due to the ongoing coronavirus concerns.

The upcoming evening, produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS to benefit both Broadway Cares and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center in New York City, will look toward life post-pandemic and will be streamed for free March 30 at 8 PM ET at BroadwayCares.org/Backwards2021. It will be available on demand through April 3.

Exploring how the isolation of the pandemic has affected the LGBTQIA+ community, the benefit will feature Jay Armstrong Johnson as an isolated New Yorker who dreams a fantastical journey guided by a late-night television host, portrayed by Jenn Colella. Viewers can also expect an opening number with Stephanie J. Block, Deborah Cox, and Lea Salonga, plus performances and appearances by Matt Bomer, Darren Criss, Ariana DeBose, Robin De Jesús, Cynthia Erivo, Joshua Henry, Cherry Jones, Kelli O’Hara, and Jim Parsons, with more guests to be announced.

Jim will be (one of many) taking part in a virtual gala for The Theatre World Awards honoring Audra McDonald, André De Shields, Patti LuPone on Sunday, July 11, at 7pm ET.

From Theatermania

Each year the Theatre World Awards presents 12 awards to outstanding debut performances on and off-Broadway. After a year of no debuts, the Theatre World Awards will return for a one-night virtual benefit gala honoring Broadway legends André De Shields and Patti LuPone with the 8th Annual John Willis Award for Lifetime Achievement in The Theatre as well as presenting Audra McDonald with the Dorothy Loudon Special Award for Excellence in Theatre.

FYI...both Jim and Johnny are previous Theatre Award Winners for their debut performances on Broadway.

Jim on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Wednesday night (10/26/22)

Jim talks Spoiler Alert movie, TBBT book, A Man of No Importance play & more...

Read that Jim is writing a memoir about his departure from TBBT.  It said that he has some scathing things to say about Johnny and Kaley who they said were "blindsided" by his decision to quit the show. Jim says he wants to set the record straight. I don't know if this accurate or credible as it came from Radar on LIne a notorious gossip rag.

We'll see. I've read something about Jim wanting to set the record straight on his leaving the show.
