Hate the squeeky nasal voice, the utterly horrible personality (especially the way in the early episodes that she was towards the equally vile Howard, and the idea that she finds the concept of mixing common cold and Ebola amusing), and I really hate the look (though that's just my personal preference). In fact, I only registered to say this... Which is a shame because I really love the show, have rewatched most episodes over and over, enjoy nearly all the other characters (just actually NONE of the main's partners with the exception of Zack!) and it's taken me the best part of the last 6 months to be able to tolerate her presence on it. Hey ho... I'm sure Melissa herself is nothing like her character, but I fancy that most successful series are based on actors who are close enough to their character to be able to maintain it convincingly, like Charlie (or the nasty Judith) in Two and a Half Men. But about the actress sometimes I wonder, if she's maybe having german forefathers, because Rauch is a german name (it's the word for the noun smoke).
