I'm looking forward to this one.  We've been waiting to find out about Howard's father for a long time.

So are there three sweeps eps in May?

The Contractual Obligation and this episode, The Closet Reorganization, air this month.

The one they're taping tonight airs in April, along with 6x21, then I guess that leaves us with 3 for May.  I wonder which week sweeps starts--the 2nd or the 9th.

WAH!  I don't want the season to end!!! :(  :icon_cry:

Yes, I believe so. But I'm not sure, haven't checked the dates in a while.

I am sad we're close to the end but a part of me is relieved because I'm going to have one hell of a busy summer so it'll be good not to have too many distractions and/or news I can't keep up with.

Every season ending feels like the end of an era. :(

But I agree it's good in a way, to have the summer free.. to digest whatever happened over the season, speculate and look forward.

Also, i don't know if anybody has experienced this or not , but when I watch the episodes one after the other, they most definitely are more enjoyable that when I watch them during the season. there's nothing like the continuity of being able to watch them in rapid succession.

Maybe that's Sheldon's favorite jacket because it has more than one color...  Is that actually the same blazer?

I like that in the laundry room Penny's wearing sneakers that look like the ones Leonard wears.  Have we ever seen her in such shoes before?  Cute. :)

And I love the happy look on Sheldon's face when he's standing there with the take-out he brought to H/B's dinner party.  :p

In the photo of H/B in the kitchen, in the glass case visible behind and above Howard - is that a tiny Bernadette action figure?

Yeah, tiny Howard and tiny Bernie have been up on that shelf since Howard made them. :)

Can we take a moment to appreciate Penny's grey chucks? Okay. I love Amy but she's wearing chucks, man. How can I not love a person who make me want to take off those shoes and wear them myself? Sneakers all the way. Which is why I fell in love with Mayim when I saw her wearing those red ones in comic con 2011.

Yeah, she looks cute in them--I noticed that right away.

Cuter than flip-flops.  And they make me think back to the Beta Test they did--didn't Leonard mention something about her wearing heels and towering over him all the time? :)

There is also the unconscious clothing symmetry of good couples. They tend to coordinate. I doubt this is unintentional on the part of the costumers. Penny has NEVER worn chucks before.

Have you heard about the magical red pants? They often mirror Penny and Leonard. Also I just noticed recently (Bakersfield) Penny has bowl for keys.

I wish they wouldn't. Sheldon has been dressing well lately but in this episode we see the reemergence of that old check suit. I hoped he'd burnt that. :icon_mrgreen:

He's worn that two episodes in a row now. madness. :p But I have to admit the jacket itself isn't that bad, it's when he wears the full suit that it's just horrible.

eta: I also find it funny that we're all here discussing clothes in an episode called "Closet Reconfiguration". lol.

I don't think it's a spoiler to reveal that he's wearing it in the Mar 14 episode also.  We've talked about the clothing in some of the other threads, and I think the lack of fashion sense among some of the characters is cute.  I find it endearing.
