Oh yes, I did forget! Maybe they could do boys v girls or couples against each other!

I'd like either a battle of the couples or the whole gang against another group of people.

Here's a possible explanation as to why the writers used DnD again. Or maybe it is just a weird coincidence.

Oh, that's interesting! I wonder whether they timed it deliberately or not. But they seem to play D&D a lot in the writers room, so it might just be coincidence.

I was also just thinking that since Melissa is also great with voices and impersonations, they could have a blast with Howardette being Dungeon Masters.

I never saw any of the D&D movies--so do you think it would be all animated/CGI--like a band of people questing through a dungeon and/or some strange land, encountering creatures, etc.?  Because how does that make it specifically a D&D movie and not just some random questing story (kind of like Lord of the Rings style)?

I mean, anyone can tell a story about wizards and fighting men and various monsters and some kind of quest, but that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with Dungeons and Dragons per se.  There are no real standard characters, like in an existing story like LOTR.

I take it they're not going to be showing modern people being transformed into the questing characters...or I guess they could, but then what?  The game is about how the roll of the dice determines the outcome of a battle, etc., but since you couldn't very well do that in the movie, then it's just another sword and sorcery movie...

If does make you wonder if there's a connection to it being shown on the show, since it's all Warner Brothers...

I like it when the gang is all together on the same side, so I'd rather they all be one team against another one.  The usual joke on TBBT (which I like, so I don't mind that it's ongoing) is that the girls are more macho than the guys, so I'd bet on the girls to kick some tushie.  Don't worry about how Amy would hold up; she would use her knowledge of neuroscience to manipulate the other team.

O I would like to see it girls v boys...I imagine that LOL, but whole gang against others would be great...Penny as always so dominant, and Bernadette with that *devil inside* ;)  attitude against enemys, and Amy side by side with Sheldon. She is clever woman and brilliant so, she would be great. And of course Sheldon always looked so handsome in that uniform.

They did a girls vs. guys game night earlier this season, and it was hilarious. If they formed a paintball team, I'm afraid the first thing they would do is frag Sheldon. He always assumes he would be the leader, when Penny and Bernadette working together would come up with something practical and ruthless that would work.

Thanks for sharing--that was funny.  I love Sheldon's face when Howard is doing the ogre voice, and then his "literal goosebumps!" :D

That's just an ogre voice?  I was trying to figure out what celebrity it was supposed to be.

I guess I can't say before seeing it, but seeing the snippets, and reading the spoiler taping report (love them by the way  :icon_razz: )  I think this will be my favourite episode of the season.

I'm not sure I have words right now... that episode had so much energy.  Everything was amazing.

I loved howard... the game... raj and lucy.

And the shamy scene.  I knew it would be epic, but did not expect it to be so... perfect.  The writers really nailed it on this one.  They were both so much in character and it was the perfect way to introduce this into their relationship.

Jim and Mayim... I am speechless.  And nothing against jim, but I feel mayim stole the show this time.  She was incredible.

Grade: A+

Another great episode, from Howard being an awesome dungon master in Dungeons & Dragons, the parallel chanting, Amy ending up on the no fly list, Raj and Lucy kissing through the fence, and Amy and Sheldon playing Sex Dungeons and Dragons in Sheldon's bedroom, overall all another homerun for the writers and will be looking to next week as well.

My oh my!!!! This is the best episode of the whole series IMO.

It was full of energy.

Howard is the star!!!!!!!!!! Simon's talent is extremely amazing. He is on fire and set everyone on fire too.

Raj and Lucy is cute and funny.

Last but not least: Amy and Sheldon!!!! The most romantic scene ever!!! Mayim really nailed it.

Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!
