What Does S7 Need To Have To Make You Happy?

A Sheldon initiated kiss?  A Lenny proposal?  A Capt. Sweatpants line?

My expectations are set pretty low right now so I will go with some more Beverly.

BTW, if you are going to be boring and say whatever the writers plan to do will be fine or that you are happy enough now, find another thread.

I would really like to see a Wyatt-Beverly meeting. And Beverly-Mary, like they hinted at for season six. I know Christine is shooting "The Good Wife" in NY, and Laurie has a series that shoots the first part of the season (say to around December) so she'd be free after New Years. Keith's show on Broadway has closed, and I'm not aware of anything he has now (not saying he doesn't have anything lined up, I'm just not aware of it). So, family meetings look possible for the second half of the season. Pending any changes in schedules.

I'd really like to see Mary again, since we missed out on her this past season, and a meeting between Mary and Beverly seems like it would be fun.

I'd also love to see some kind of big group thing--the whole gang and maybe a parent or two--that somehow turns out to be very funny in an uncomfortable way.

An SIK would be nice and it's probably about time for it to happen, at least by the end of the season.  I think they've teased that level enough that he could be ready for at least a peck.  And a Sheldon-initiated hand-hold would be nice for earlier if they're not going to get to a kiss until later.

For the beginning of the season I would like to see how everyone is coping with Leonard away, and maybe a Skype session or two with Leonard (puking on the ship...?) out at sea.

Otherwise, whatever the writers plan to do will be fine with me!! :p

I'm not going to have patience for more of late S6 Shamy past November sweeps. There are a lot of things that are way overdue on that front.

I need Leonard's trip to be something more than just him magically reappearing in the premiere. If not the first couple of eps with him still away, I expect to at least see some repercussions.

Other than that, I want MORE SCIENCE! And much less boys/girls segregation. Girls nights were fun for a while, now they're getting repetitive. Let them mingle with the guys more like they did for D&D.

Oh, and I forgot. More Kripke. There's never enough Bawwy.

I'd love to see more science but I think those days are behind us.  :(

I'd be happy with more episodes like Closet that incorporated the entire cast into one plot and a touch of sentimentality.  Other than the Shamy snark I think it was probably the best written episode of the season.

I want to see Penny take Leonard back to her hometown in Nebraska.   I can just see them walking hand in hand in a field late at night, Penny softly whispers in Leonards ear asking him if he is ready, he tells her that he is nervous but willing to do it........then they tip a cow and run like he11.

Well, what I want most out of S7 is progression. I'd love to see Penny stop working at the Cheesecake Factory, and I want Shamy to move forward. I can survive without at SIK next season, but I will kill a serious amount of tables if I have to go through the late S6 Shamy again.

I also want Leonard to be at sea for a few episodes, otherwise the whole finale plot will have been a waste. A meeting of Bev/Mary and Bev/Amy would be great too.

Amy and Barry also need to meet, because I will not be a happy viewer until I hear him say "Amy Fawwah Fowwer".

The show just needs way more Bawwy. I want S7 to be full of Bawwy.

Bawwy.

I don't want to see another Sheldon is driving others crazy as Leonard is at sea now kind of plots..... I would like to see Sheldon recognize not that only that he can function by himself ...but it also  has its own benefits.....and when Leonard comes back , he gets aggravated at each thing small that Leonard does because when he was not there he did not have to endure those things and now has second thoughts about Leonard as a roommate...as Sheldon does not like change...

- Tenure resolution.....

- No more Leonard and Amy pushing , Penny and Sheldon resisting episodes .... predictable and boring story-lines.....would like to see the opposite happen thought...

- Howard/Bernie/Raj  - something spicey happen in their lives to disturb the homeostasis... especially h/b who had a very bland season 6 ...even though they got the best ep (closet)...... bernie being Howard's new mother is done and dusted now...

In an ideal contemplation, I’d have Sheldon navigating his way through a variety of universes. Allowing him time and space to flourish and expand himself outside of the confines of a Pasadena sitting- room.

In the current sitcom universe that he inhabits, I’d like a little more of Sheldon as an individual, and less of Sheldon as a quotient of a partnership.

I’d like Sheldon to be given the dignity that his earlier characterisation is allowed.

On a practical and pointless level, I’d like more Bawwy Kwipke (as Koops and CaitAmber have also suggested), more Mary Cooper, Beverly Hofstadter, Professor Proton, in fact anything to alleviate the tedium of young people flinging themselves about pointlessly. I say this as a vaguely young person myself.

I would be exceedingly happy if Mary met Beverly. I would also like to see more of Penny’s purported acting career. Why say she’s an actor if the writers are going to do bugger all about it? Just keep her a waitress if you’re not going anywhere with it. It’s mildly insulting. I’d like to see more Gablehauser and academic related shenanigans. I think a little more surrealism also wouldn’t go astray. I don’t think you’ll lose the majority of viewers if you keep it sporadic.

I don’t know, give us something honourable and dignified. Give Leonard a backbone, Penny a thought, Sheldon some focus, Amy some restraint, Howard some hope, Bernadette some patience, and Raj a purpose.

There’s a mild and hopeless start.

You've got the job(as TBBT writer), when can you start? And all I could come up with was 'intravenous morphine'!!

I want Sheldon to hit a breakthrough in his work, whatever he is working on, to speed things along for his ambition to win the nobel prize. I do want a SIK, but I'm not counting on it, so a regular Shamy kiss is fine. I also realy want to see how Sheldon and Penny deal with the fact that Leonard is/has been gone for four months. And of course another episode of fun with flags!

Obviously a Shamy kiss. It's like, COME ON already!

I want Mary and Amy's mom to meet. I'd like to also know where her father is. Jeez.

I need Barry to meet Amy as much as I need air. Seriously it will make my life to hear him say her name :p They will also surely become my crackship :p

I want more group hang outs as well.

I want Bev to meet Amy too.

I want Leonard to be gone for awhile too. And please no L/P break-up. It'll be too lame and over-used. I hope they figure out a different way.

This list could go on all day, but I'll stop here :)

I need more Wil Wheaton. :p Lol.

But seriously I look forward seeing some progress with Shamy (Sheldon really need to kiss Amy) and also with Leonard and Penny. Not sure exactly what kind of progress with them, though.

Also I really want to see hug between Sheldon and Leonard, when he comes back. I want to know that Leonard really missed his buddy.

An earlier start?

But seriously, I would like them to retool again for the last act (the final 3 seasons). They can explore, not imperil the relationships and go hard at the comedy. I have no idea how they would execute on that. Hahaha. Maybe introduce some undergrad or graduate students again too. Bring on the relatives too.

Eta . I forgot. Penny or Leonard vacuuming!!!
