I have no idea how this episode will turn out for Shamy but I am actually quite satisfied with the Lenny plot. It is really nice that we get to see for once Penny taking Leonard's side in his argument with Sheldon. Again, Sheldon is also acting like a mouthpiece for Lenny when he underscores how much Leonard has changed since Penny has come to his life. On that note, it's pretty awesome that we get to see for once how Penny has affected Leonard. Lot of people presume that Penny doesn't add anything to the relationship and this episode will definitely change their mind.

Especially since Sheldon supposedly "wins" the argument over the furniture. Also there has been no talk about Penny's employment situation so it seems to set up the possibility of Leonard moving in with Penny.

Again, kudos to the writers for subverting expectations.

We were so concerned about what the title meant.

But now we know - it's a god damn literal table. A table.

I'm still laughing.

Hahahah. An actual freaking table. Who woulda thunk?! Lol

This whole table discussion just reminds me of the carscene with shamy and Lenny and they're playing a game guessing elements from the periodic table and Penny guesses food xD

"Well its a table right? Why can't there be food on it?"

So yeah, I guess penny would haved guessed the title of the episode right! ;)

I agree. The only thing i think would work to keep things as they are but still change it is if Leonard moved it with penny, and later on Amy moves it with Sheldon.

That's what I expect, so it will probably turn out completely different :D

What if Penny DID move in with S/L and after a little while, Sheldon got so fed up with it, he decided to move in with Amy?

Okay, I know that's not likely at all, but it popped into my head and wouldn't go away until I posted it.

If that happened I don't think Sheldon would be the first one fed up with it.

Penny shows up at S/L door, one night soaking wet, her apartment pipes broke.

Penny can't live in apartment while they work to fix and remodel it, so lives with S/L.

Much comedy and laughs for a couple months and L/P slowly take over control from Sheldon by working together.

Power soon corrupts, so L/P starts controlling Sheldon and Amy has to help him plus set L/P straight.

Penny's apartment fixed and remodeled with more room for now two people.

Leonard spends couple nights there making Sheldon lonely so spends nights back in his room.

Penny has gotten use to Leonard always around, so now she can't sleep without him.

Penny asks Leonard to move in, lonely Sheldon asks Amy to be new roommate.

Everybody happy.

Sounds like a fan fiction story.

Oh yeah, I agree and I definitely see Leonard moving in with Penny happening. I mean S/L apartment has 2 bedrooms after all. I definitely feel Amy's 'living alone' line was out in there for a reason.

I think that after Leonard moves in with penny sheldon will not suggest amy to move in with him straight away. Either he tries to live alone, Raj moves in or he tries to find new roommate but cant find anyone who suits him. Anyway so I think he'll go for one of those options in a couple of months or something first, finds out none of it work and then ask Amy!

I think Sheldon would probably live alone for a while. They won't move Raj just to move him back out, especially if he gets a girlfriend, and they won't introduce a new character. Plus, Sheldon is pretty much already living alone given the amount of time Leonard spends across the hall. Or, if you want to look at it this way, S/L/P live together in an open floor apartment, pretty much. Wouldn't change a lot for Sheldon in terms of lifestyle.

I think it will make him realize, on his own, how much he actually wants Amy to live with him. Not just because he needs another human being, but because he wants her to be close to him. One can hope, at least.

I would love it if that would happen.

I'm still hoping for a Sheldon/Leonard blow out that drives Penny to in it's Leonard to live with her. At which point Sheldon in it's Zack to live with him for revenge, because every time they see Zack there's some reminder of him dating Penny. Just for a few episodes of Zack nonsense before Amy moves in.

In it's = invites. Damn autocorrect.

Sprinkles just posted what freaked her out:

Sheldon tries to break up with her but it didn't actually happen. Well, it didn't literally freak me out too much because the way it was set up didn't feel like he would actually go through with it.
