The 22 degrees quip took me by the surprise, I had Infant Hip Dysplasia and had to wear a brace until I was 18 months old. Good luck, Sheldon. Even a skinny little arrow can't get in there. Thank goodness "Anything is possible with Physics" I think we share the same mind; actually I'm certain of it. Lots of stretching exercises to be done. For years, we've seen her do things that both she and Sheldon enjoy, or just what he enjoys, and it's part of the reason why their relationship felt imbalanced. Not just because it seemed as though Amy was always the one to compromise, but also because their relationship can't feel complete if Amy herself feels slightly incomplete as a character. We know so little about her family, and if you ask a casual fan what she likes I seriously doubt they would have been able to answer anything other than 'Sheldon' or her tiara. So I really like that now they have Amy throwing Victorian parties and getting the gang into basket-weaving, lol, and maybe (hopefully) this will be a first step into finding out more about her background.
