Did you guys notice the look he gave her as she was pouring more water into the tub? I know it was Amy's fantasy (story), but it was a close up of Sheldon's face during that scene. Why do I feel like that's a clue of something or that the writers are trying to tell us something?

I just loved the looks the two of them gave each other during the whole fantasy bath scene.  While it was all in Amy's head...I do really think it was a step towards getting viewers ready for a sexual Sheldon...and Amy for that matter...

But hot damn, that scene was so hot...especially when he was all glistening while she was towel drying him!!!

and I still cannot get over Amy's sultry voice.  While glistening Sheldon gets my motor running, I'm sorry but that husky voice Amy had me equally hot!!  These two are ready......now its time to get it a reality lol

Penny and Jim pretty much reasserted their roles as Queen and Captain of the ship in this episode.

I am in love with Penny's fist pump and silent "yes" of victory when "Cooper" returns to "Amelia." Gosh, Penny ships Sheldon and Amy together harder than anybody. She's even reading their sexy bathing scene out loud to Leonard in bed. I love how much Penny roots for Amy in her relationship with Sheldon.

As for Jim, he knew precisely what he was playing in that bathtub scene. He was NOT under the constraint of being Sheldon there, he could be "Cooper," and completely let his attraction and interest for "Amelia" shine through. He could not really take his eyes off her in the little snippets, and I think he was turning it on full volume because no one wants to move the Shamy forward romantically as much as Jim Parsons. He had the puppy dog eyes, the smolder, the glistening and the muscle on for this moment, and he didn't waste a second of it. He has a lot of fun turning on his sexuality whenever and wherever he can, and he did not waste it tonight.

And it was delightful.

Also, Mayim not having to wear glasses, so you could really appreciate her eyes and their eye contact (coitus) was nice as well. Also, I really loved the voice that Mayim read Amy's fan fic in; it was very emotional. It was different than the way Kaley read it as Penny, when she was clearly reading a story she had not set eyes on before and was not translating exactly, but Mayim read it with a slightly husky voice and so much emotion pouring from her. I was as compelled as the other girls by that part of the story because of the way Mayim read it. Just great acting there.

Loved this episode!

I wanted to share my joy for this episode here with you too. I laughed so hard so many times, I absolutely LOVED this one. Fantastic, phenomenal episode.  I rated this episode "excellent", and I haven't done that during this season besides the Prom Equivalency. I enjoyed this episode to the brim and over! I loved Sheldon/Leonard science discovery story and Hawking responding to it. Loved Howard/Raj mimicing different accents.

And Amy and her fanfiction, I did not see that coming. No way. The tag scene absolutely killed me. This was by far the most hilarious episode as a whole for a really long time.

I missed watching the episode because my great cousin was gone somewhere. He promised me that we'll watched it together. today is saturday morning here and lots of.things to do... I'm still happy that the fan fic Amelia and Cooper was successful. I totally freaked out when I saw the clip. I can't imagine it can happen in Shamy's relationship. But, why not? i do hope that before the season ends, there might be some foreplay romance awaiting... to start everything with a passionate kiss..

Okay, I've only watched the clip so far, but may I just say that I love, love, love the bemusement/affection with which both Leonard and Penny greet Amelia/Cooper? 'This is even weirder than I thought.' 'Do you want me to stop?' 'Are you kidding? No, no, keep going.'

I love the moments where it seems like the friends form a community, gossipping, giving each other shit but supporting each other.

And look, I have worn out my vocabulary praising Bialik and Parsons, but allow me a moment to appreciate their work here. They're giving us, not just Amy and Sheldon, but 'Amelia' and 'Cooper', who are thinly-veiled versions of Amy and Sheldon. but filtered through the lens of romantic fiction, penned by Amy. The writing and acting have to convey not only these romanticised and idealised versions of themselves, but what Amy would conceive of as romanticised and idealised versions of themselves. They're giving us such nuance and deep, deep understanding of the characters here, nailing the sexual undertow of their interaction (especially as refracted through Amy's lens) and keeping it funny.

And, as Lio says, Parsons gets to play a sexier, more approachable (but still recognisable! Oh, Amy) version of Sheldon Cooper, and he does not disappoint.

Oh, you two. Damn and bless you both, you magnificent bastards.
