The Amy initiated kiss in Season 4 has always been my favorite. Sheldon does kiss her back (he puckers his lips) even though it's subtle. I love how Sheldon always looks like he is enjoying his kisses with Amy (the Locomotive Manipulation picture would be better if it showed when he leans in and grabs her waist.)
