I want you guys to know how hard these ladies are working on this report! "All right, who's got scene 13?" "Oh, that's me!"

Okay, so I'm not sure if anyone has reported this yet, but there's dialogue from the prom episode that I'm not sure was in the taping report. In the scene where Amy tells Sheldon she is going up to

is just me or does the septum deviation seem too logically related to the hospital? Maybe a hidden meaning instead.

the septum separates the chambers of your nostrils, but if you want to go super latiny it can mean the partition between 2 rooms, so if there was a double meaning it could refer to a change in the roommate situation

You're right. But they have done stuff with noses before. Howard, Penny and Sheldon had nose injuries. it just seemed if this happened in the middle of the night it might be something else besides a deviated septum.

How about this?  Leonard has the surgery and Sheldon goes to visit him in the hospital.  While there, Sheldon runs into a glass door, injuring himself badly enough to need surgery.  Leonard and Sheldon end up roommates in a double-occupancy hospital room.

And Sheldon has Leonard sign an addendum  to the roommate agreement -  hospital roommate agreement.

Tag Scene – Sheldon is seated in his spot with a cardboard box on the table. He is still wearing a bandage on his nose. He opens up the box and takes out an engraved urn that would supposed to be Leonard's. Penny says it is morbid and his needs to return it. He takes out another urn with I’m with stupid written on it and says that urn was supposed to be his.

That is so creepy and so sweet at the same time.  I love Sheldon and Leonard's bromance.
