It's so soon. We don't even get two episodes in May. This summer hiatus will be sooo long

I know it feels really weird. I assumed that the last episode would air on May 14th. I wonder why they went with only one new episode in May. Does this mean we will get 6 new episodes in a row? I might die of happiness. :)

Yes it means we will get six in a row if it truly ends that date.   But it also means they won't air during one of the sweeps weeks in May which is interesting.   May sweeps ends on May 20th otherwise they would have missed two (just missed a second one by one day).

Well not really.  We will have 3 episodes in the May sweep.  The May sweeps start 4/23.  So the 4/23, 4/30 & 5/7 will probably all be new & in sweep

Its earlier because of sweeps being a week earlier

Star this is 100% Accurate...from CBS directly

If there are 24 episodes and the last one airs on the 7th, then we get a new episode each week of April.

4/2  The Skywalker Incursion

4/9  The Fortification Implementation

4/16 The Communication Deterioration

4/23 The Graduation Transmission

4/30 8x23

5/7   8x24

This season just seemed weird. It seemed like we had these huge breaks in episodes (like around December and just now for basketball) and yet they are finishing early and completing all 24 episodes.

Yes, the scheduling has been erratic this year. If CBS are keeping the show on Thursdays with them airing football again next season, it looks like we're in for more of the same.

I know it seems good at the time to get a double premiere and when they aired ten new episodes in a row, but it really stretched out the rest of the reason, particularly December - February.

Then again, to fans of Doctor Who, The Walking Dead, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, etc., who have to endure long stretches between seasons (and half seasons), these comparatively tiny gaps between new episodes are a walk in the park. :)

Yeah I agree, I would gladly give up the double episode premiere for another episode in December, so the new episode gap isn't so great again.

The season finale will be taped on my birthday, and all I want for my birthday is a tag scene with Lenny walking into Apt. 4A and finding a trail of Amy's cardigans leading to Sheldon's bedroom.  They look at each other, and quietly tip-toe out.  End of scene.

The sneak peeks are up.  It annoys me that they didn't continue with the TARDIS coming from the Halloween party in S6, but has Howard buying his own TARDIS at some other point in time.

Wasn't that one rented as a photo booth? (Plus a handy place for a make out session)
