I don't think there are two sets of VIP. There are VIP seats for each taping but I figure that the difference is how you got them. If it's through a sponsor then you have no one to show you around on set, it's more like it's this unseen entity that has made that possible.

I was lucky enough to have a VIP for 2 1/2 men with a fancy wristband and a set tour and I was brought onto the Big Bang set (spontaneously and I am sure spontaneously means heavy bending of the rules :-D) - both times I got my phone back at security. And yes, even as a guest of production you have to give them your phones. I have, however, also seen people in the first row still having theirs and I strongly suspect they were allowed to ;-)

What most people don't know: yes, VIP tickets are impossible to get your hands on, but they're even strictly limited to the crew members. They, too, have a small number to give to friends and family.

My list is only as good as the information I get. If someone is going, or has decided not to go, a PM letting me know of any changes would help keep that thread accurate.

WTF I didn't post this????

I actually read a real book on Gregg shorthand from the library. It was from the late 60s. I highly recommend it. The real world application sections with possible scenarios and their idea of an ambitious career woman were both hilarious and highly disturbing. Plus you can actually use it to learn if you like.

Ooh, I was this close to getting her priority. I'm getting better! I got standbys for both of us though so it's ok. Does anyone have advice on doing a tour and still getting in line on time?
