She was drunk when she slept with Raj, drunk when she married Zack, drunk when she slept with Leonard and told him it was a mistake, pretty tipsy when she first proposed to Leonard, and now drinking again when she was stuffing money down Raj's pants. I think it is show canon that when Penny screws up, if she is drinking, you have to forgive her. Leonard on the other hand, never gets a break. Those rules are probably written on the wall in the writers room. There is one thing I do have to say about season 9 that I do really like, Leonard and Penny seem to be written as husband and wife this season. It is not like last season where we wondered if they are really engaged. Also wasn't that only the second time we have seen Penny in the guys shower, the first being episode one, and I have a bone to pick with the writers, why wasn't Leonard with her? Be all hot and heavy cause they are now newlyweds and can't keep their hands off each other b. Be blasé about it, cause they've been together for many years and its nothing new for them.
