SRAM
What I didn't get to finish, I think right now with Leonard and Penny staying in 4A it would be perfect for a small disaster in 4B. Maybe a small wiring fire or a burst pipe, anything that requires the owner to refurbish the apartment. Then while refurbishing they find more space and give them second small bedroom, the storage problem with Leonard's stuff is solved. 4A would still be the meeting place since it is bigger, but it would allow the Hofstadters to fully move into 4B. I bet you would love to get a look at the actual RA. You're a lawyer right? Would love to hear your interpretation on that.

son-goku5
As long as Sheldon isn't a notary public (which we never learned), the entire RA is moot anyway and neither Leonard nor Penny have to follow it. When Sheldon hands out the citations for "using too much toilet paper", does Penny pay it? I would think not. Normally one should think that L&P have the control since they have a good bargaining chip. "Either leave us alone with your roommate agreement crap or we move out" Actually in S05E04 The Wiggly Finger Catalyst Sheldon: No, you’re wrong. See, as you know, a few years ago, I achieved one of my lesser dreams and became a notary public. Well, from time to time, I notarize banking documents for Raj. Kasey
But the fact still remains that it is a conflict of interest for a notary to notarize their own document, especially one to which they affixed their signature. Just sayin'

luminous
Just throwing in a Lenny quote from "The Earworm Reverberation", that I like: Leonard: Am I like the dryer sheets of your heart?Penny: Better. You're the lint trap of my love.

luminous
Eagerly waiting for information about tonight's taping, always hoping for some Lenny stuff. My prediction for the title was "The Residency Evaluation", an episode that deals with living arrangements. Quite unlikely, I know. End up having In n Out burger in the car and decided to be young and fun then burst in at the end of the FwF episode. Ok, still no change in terms of living arrangements (no surprise ), but this sounds very funny to me.
