Those last three episodes had plots that revolved around them as a couple, and their actions drove the episodes directions in their plots. That still doesn't mean they were the focus. Even if they got 50/50 screen time. Its not quantity its quality. They have yet this season to get a centric plot. In thanksgiving yes THEY had a plot. Yes. But THEY weren't the focus. Shamys issues were. Therapist episode. Yes drove the episode. But having a separate plot. Does not change the majority of the show is driven through Sheldon.
