That's does not look like a sisterly hug to me. So wrong in many ways.

Edit. They are not related nor are brothers and sisters, no matter how much tptb try to make it believable. For the last 3 seasons they are making them more sexually to believe that bullshit

There is no one in the background in this picture. Seems strange since this was a big party. I can't imagine how this is part of the episode. Even if it is it's because Sheldon's changed. Penny even hugged Howard in tonight's episode. It's not out of character for her.

I don't know why but that scene botherd me.  I'm going to need to watch it again.

You aren't the only one.   It bothered me, too.   It was the only part of the episode that I did not like.

It think part of it is because Sheldon was so supportive of Howard and joined in the celebrations rather than attempted to ruin the party.   If he had been a jerk, I can understand Lenny doing what they did to him, but Sheldon was a true friend tonight.    He even told Howard he would make a good father.

Also, I'm tired of the writers having Leonard and Penny treat Sheldon as if he were their child and hanging out in his kitchen watching over him.   I'm so done with it.

Exactly. I think that's seems more jim and kaley hug for promotional photo. Ill say the actual hug may be different. Penny hugged Howard are they now sexual? Lol no.

I think the tag tonight sort of set's up next week's episode. The tag tried to be serious and funny together. You weren't going to end the show with a somewhat serious Lenny moment thus you had Sheldon in the scene. I agree that the 4a kitchen and Penny's cringeworthy comment about 4a being my place was a bit much. A better question though is Sheldon was drunk at the end where was Amy? That seems to be part of the whole Leonard and Amy argument on next weeks episode. IMO if she handled things more with Sheldon it couldn't hurt getting Lenny over in 4b.

Sheldon needs to stop acting like one then. Its a two way streeet just saying.

As long as people keep treating him like one, he will keep doing it.    Condoning and enabling is not helping the matter.

To be honest, I do not know if they are trapped by the premise or limited by imagination or something else. But the show still performs for them like a star so....

So instead of blaming Sheldon blame the others. He is the one refusing to grow up.

I blame both.   Sheldon has shown some maturity over the past few episodes.   I think to say he is refusing to grow up is too strong of a word.   I think resistant is more appropriate.    What bugs me about Lenny, is they don't have to be in the situation they are in.   They choose to be, and it is not helping themselves or Sheldon.

Getting really tired of the Lenny as Sheldon's parents act.  It's really getting old.  And "our place" ????  No, Penny!  It's NOT "our place". It's Sheldon's place and his roommate Leonard, who moved in with him, is married now and should be living with his wife in her apartment across the hall!!!

I blame ..... The writers after all they are the ones deciding what happens right?

Actually as Leonard signed a roommate agreement so did Penny. Via Leonard Penny has justvas many rights.

He guilted them into staying. I know, Lenny should just leave. Becoming a vicious cycle, frustrating BOTH ships. (as the writers snicker in the corner)

If Lenny move out. Boundaries well be set. Then ppl wont need to worrry about Penny hugging Sheldon lol. Even though most of the time shes complaining about the manchild to a shrink. Yet draws on his face. Therefore enabling his behaviour.

All three of them are to blame. Everyone is responsible for their own actions...Sheldon because he has been shown in the past to (sometimes) be aware of what he does and Leonard and Penny because it's just weird that they haven't moved across the hall now that there's no reason not to and keep putting up with so many things.

Saying that it's the writers' fault...well, who else's would it be?

But the ultimate blame goes to Sheldon. If Sheldon had let Leonard move across the hall when he Told him no on here would be talking about it now.

The living arrangements probably aren't going change soon. So it's a matter of just getting used to it or not! The Thought of a romantic S/P hookup does not even bother me. The only 2 Canon scenes of this were dream sequences. They are friends!

Well if Steve Molaro is to be believed, (I know, I know, there are some of us who don't trust him as far as we could throw him), the living arrangements won't be addressed, any time soon.

Still Penny has no right to bitch about Sheldon. When shes the one who ultimately decided to stay. This is the main shows problem. Living in the past. Its not s3. Things have changed. Show needs serious boundaries set between Lenny and Sheldon.

You spent most of that post assigning proper blame to each character then admitted its the writers. The gang are not real they are responsible bfor nothing it is all the writers words they just speak them
