Tensor Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Audiences Unlimited changed some things at the beginning of the year. For instance, tickets are no longer transferable. Last taping they released standby tickets the day before the taping. It more than likely has more to do with the changes in ticket issuance than having anything to do with the storyline or them making sure that particular episode has a full audience. For example, let's say they gave out 200 standby per taping (I'm just making this up here). It used to be they'd give all 200 at once. Now it's like they're doing 50-75 a day and at random times so that more people have a chance to get them. I think it's the same as always, just in smaller batches now. In a way I guess that's admirable, but it's also kind of annoying if you only have one shot to go to a taping and you have to guess when they're putting up tickets. Kinda low. It looks like they are uploading smaller batches of tickets at random times to give more people a chance to get tickets. Completely random timings. Each time, the next page showed that the website was down. When I did mine a second time, it came back as I've already filled out a request. Not sure if I made it, but hoping. Unfortunately no pattern and no strategy, although it looks like they go up Tuesday morning/day after guaranteeds. It's typically in the morning. It will probably never be before 8:30am PST, and typically no later than 12 or 1 pm PST, but sometimes they do go up in the atfernoon. But morning seems to be more common. I will always post in this thread when they're up, so if you want to subscribe hopefully you can get a good shot. Is there a particular day you're looking to get tickets for?
